OK,gonna join this one. Even though the car is started I'm not sure I'll get it finished. Will give it a good try though. Hardcore street drift Mazda RX7 FD3S. Using these two kits to build a full on street drifter RX7. Using the full race interior from the blue car,putting it in the stock bodied car. Sort of thing that might be built if there wasn't any restriction on your budget. This race interior has a sequential shifter and hydraulic handbrake. Has all the gauges in the glovebox area of the dash as well. The door panels represent carbon fibre ones so I'll be using SMS carbon fibre decals inside and out for it. I will be using the OZ Nova(silver) wheels,not the Advan RG's(gold). On with the pics. and while I'm at it,heres a taste of another one.This one will be Aluma Coupe pearl yellow.

Nice build David. Good move on using BMF for the chrome decals. The kit ones certainly don't look good.

Got this kit and the small block one last week. Love 'em both! Gonna use the cowl induction hood,suspension risers,some cheater slicks from my parts box and build the Yenko as a nightime street stalker. Will fix the grille/tailight panel myself,maybe do a bench seat and get them all cast in resin. Also,whats to stop us building the Yenko Duece! We have the LT1 engine which was only available in the Nova in '69 as a COPO anyway. Just need some deuce decals. Maybe Revell have it planned for the future.

Great models of great cars mate. If you have an IKEA store within reac try there. They have some great display ideas. You could always build something nice yourself.

I reckon this GTX is the same colour. Butter Scotch or Bahama Beige its called.
