  1. I just finish this model, I'm pretty happy on how this experiment came out. I add the "smoke" a the last second, I wasn't sure if add it or not, but I think id give to the model some "movement"... Here the WIP http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=59490&st=0 The tire size is in metric (mm). This picture was for fun...
  2. I'm done with it... I need to admit that I'm pretty happy with the result and it was fun also if it was a completely new experience for me. :-) Later I'll post all the other pics... :-)
  3. Looks a god start!
  4. I will go with a SOA, Spring Over Axle, the cheap, old and easy way...
  5. Ok good! Because I'm 6'2" and I was always close to the roof! Another good thing about chopping a 911, is that you will still have a great front visibility ( on the real car. ) Not so many sport or lower car offer this.
  6. Great! I like when parents teach their son/daughter the hobby! Agree about the gloves, teach her also to use them, the paint is not good for the skin... Keep with the good work! Great choice on the color too, one of my favorite.
  7. Looks a great start!
  8. Fantastic build, from the inside to outside!
  9. Looks great! I like all the details you put on it!
  10. Here some little progress I made yesterday... Steering wheels done. The seat spring. This is the one that goes in front of the seat, I will have to make other two for each side on the rear.
  11. Looks great!
  12. Thank you Dr.Cranky! Using simple or common things for build a model, to me is a lot of fun! Thank you! I need to admit that I'm pretty happy too, it was a new thing to me this steampunk.

  17. Nice, thank you to posting the picture of it! Thank you for looking and comment! Here what I did yesterday... The pavement... I just notice now looking a the picture that some spots are kind of flat, but in the real they are not, so probably a light picture thing.
