  5. Since my airbrush and me have found a HAPPY PLACE I thought I would dig this old kit out and shoot it also. If my paint work keeps going this smoothly I may have to hire out to get my chassis built....LOL I hope you guys like this one also thanks Chuck

  7. I just got the body painted today after I started on it yesterday. Keven at WhoopieKat did the decals , he gives you the fade decals but I wanted to do it myself with paint. I gotta start the chassis tommorow. This has been a car I always wanted to do ,I hope you enjoy thanks Chuck

  9. Hello everyone I suppose to be working on some Pro Stocks but they have stalled , I found a gentleman who had 9 Prime time Chargers so I went crazy this week and painted some bodies I got from him . Hope to start finishing some of them up next week I hope ypu guys enjoy the pics Chuck

  12. This might not be the right place to post this but its to cool. I did some work for a guy on his truck that had set for 5 years and it would not run so I rebuilt the carb ,put on a cap , rotor , fuel pump and plugs . I drained the varnished gas and was going to charge him 200.00 but he gave me 100.00 and this engine . I could not pass it up , I think I got a gooood deal. Its a 1951-53 331 "HEMI" . I have 6-71 blower that just might find its way on the engine and build a street rod this summer thaks Chuck

  17. Hi Rodger , thanks very much . the scoop is from the kit and I drilled out the headlights and put in clear ones and I cut out the grill and put in a mess from detail master thanks again Chuck
  18. Hi Jeff they do come with center caps for the front but no lugnuts, it would be almost impossible to cnc them I think. thanks Chuck

  20. Here is another car I'm working on for the challenge. I also am using Jim's wheels from Micro Nitro but these are the Centerlines. The aluminum wheel has a look that can't be replicated . His work is awesome I can't say any more . thanks Chuck
  21. Ok here the low down on the decals. I have the original and a set of billy goochee and another set from Billy with out the striping. I scanned the originals into the computer and reprinted them on my inkjet on white decal paper. I then carefully cut them out leaving a white pin stripe around it.I grab Billys decals with out the striping and inlayed the Plymouth and Don Grotheer's name because they were done in gold foil.The hood roof and deck lid were all done with paint. top pic is kit decal middle is goochee decals bottom is goochee decals without stripes I hope this helps out Chuck
