OK guys here are my pics of the real car I patterned mine off of and some pics of my model so far. As everyone knows I cut the complete sides off of the new Chi-Town and added sides from a Polar Lights car and reworked them just a small amount. Please let me know if I'm completely off base or did I capture the car fairly close. I will admit I not real happy with the color , it seemed to darken up just a tad after the clear was put on, but oh well its too late know thanks Chuck

OK guys go check your decal sheets to this car before you apply the decals . On one of the Champion Spark Plug sponorship decals the word (Champion) is spelled backwards and so is the white letters in the word (Dexter) above the Champion. You will need to replace the Champion decals from your decal box and cut the word Dexter off and flip it over . I'm just glad I caught mine before the decals were completely set. LOL Chuck

Yes Jim I cut out the whole side and graffed in a new side from a polar lights car , this way the tin plate will fit the windsheild area and the rear tail is still correct. the rear spoiler on the polar lights is to tall . the whell base on the cars are real close if not dead on Chuck

We are going to take a Covair and move the panels around , change the b pillar and change the front sheet metal so it will come out to be a 3/4 scale 66 Chevelle. It will be called a Corvelle or a Chevair . We havn't decided yet . This new car will be a prostreet Blown BBC Chuck -
