  1. Thank you very much for catching our mistake, I e-mail the decal printer and this will be fixed. Again thanks for the proof read. Sometimes you just can't catch everthing and with it be a UK car and not familiar with all the different companies . thanks Chuck
  2. Just to let everyone know a freind of mine just got done redoing the decals so no we can all build the Dennis Priddle car in 1/16th scale again. His decals are Alps print and are amazing here is the decal sheet . Let me know what you think . You build this car by using the Beebe and Mulligan kit or the Tony Nancy Thanks Chuck here is the revised decal sheet

  14. Well I finally have all the body panels moved where I want them now come the sanding , filling and blending the the body will be done . This body might get recasted because I don't want to do this again. Chuck
  15. Here are a few parts that came in ie. wheels ,pulleys and An fittings. I started to mess around with 1 of the front wheels to see how it might look polished and it looks cool. Now these prts I'm sure which car I will build thanks Chuck
  16. After doing some measurements on the Camaro I found out that the body was done for a 120 inch wheel base car. The real Camaros were 118 inch so I took out 3/16 of an inch in front of the windsheild and the front end was to narrow so I added 3/16 of an inch to the front tapered down to zero in the back .Here are some pics of it roughed in . I may have to cut the roof section off and slide it forward an 1/8 of an inch also , I need to do so more measuring first. more later thanks Chuck
  17. it was Wendell at AFXnResin Chuck
  18. Body is from Flash Point Resin and the wheel are a set of aluminum centerlines I cut up and added Comp resin centers. The centerlines that I cut up are from Scale Repros thanks Chuck

  22. 1. I'll try to put a tutorial together when I pickup my new kit 2. I may have and extra body I'll have to look 3.I was going to get out of the hobby because my best freind and model buddy died John Dryjanski. he had a heart attack but I know he would want me to keep building thanks Chuck
  23. Hi Mike I'm using the Revell body with the polar lights sides because I want to use the chassis and tin plate from the Revell kit, and the rear windows and I love a challenge . Besides I have several of those bodies just lying around because I used the chassis under resin bodies thanks Chuck
  24. well it looks like I'll cut up another Polar Lights charger for the side panels . The chassis looks awesome but the body is to flat on the sides andthere is to much wedge in the body and the orginal car DID NOT run spill plates on the lower rocker panels .This is just my opinion but I'll be doing the same work to that body as I did to the Chi-Town to make the body more correct Chuck
  25. Thanks everyone on the positive comments . I tried to capture the look of the 1969 car with my build. The chassis is pretty much dead on from the box. I used the MAS aluminum pulleys and belt because the belt was suppose to ride on the inside of the idler pulley and not on the outside like what comes in the kit. I also used red plug wires and the paint was Duplicolor Bright Red part #T152 from the truck and van paint series, now this paint has been discontinued and I will try to get the new part # tomorrow when I go back to work. The decals I used were from the kit also . I also added a mechanical fuel pump that mounts on the motor that pumps the water from the holding tank to the motor , (pretty neat idea they had back then in using a fuel pump for a water pump ). I had fun building this car and for a shelf car I'm pretty satisfied with it . Again thanks everyone on the support. here is alink to more pics of the car http://public.fotki.com/ratnasty/ thanks Chuck
