  1. That's cool. Where did you get those decals from?
  2. Nice Pics Rick and congrats on the win!
  3. Anyone have the dates for the show yet?
  4. I have admired your work for a long time in Lowrider Bicycle magazine. Nice to be able to see more of your work here. Ray
  5. Convertable Novas were only made in 62 and 63. SS convertable Novas were a 63 option only.
  6. Looking for someone to make a club/website design for a reasonable price. Not having much luck with general web search so I thought I would ask here. Thanks
  7. Sorry about the double post!
  8. Don't usually build race cars. Picked this kit up off the shelf at Hobby Lobby for 10.99. For some reason it spoke to me. No major catastrophies and I think it came out pretty cool. I couldn't for the life of me get the decal that is supposed to go across the hood to lay down in those vents even with Micro So I scrapped it pulled the vents off and repainted them Magnesium to break up the red on the hood. Hope ya like. Cya!

  10. Thanks everyone. All helpful info, but I think I'm going to go with Bob's method. Thanks again everyone for their input.
  11. Does it need to be thinned more to properly spray through the airbrush or is it ready to go?
  12. Good, thanks again Raul.
  13. Does this issue come with a subscription or does it have to purchased in addition? TIA
  14. Thanks for the comments, the paint is Duplicolor Light Blue Metallic and the top is Tamiya Pure White. Both were shot from the spray can.
  15. Other than a lowering job and some Pegasus wire wheels it's built out the box. Hope ya like!
  16. Well, you got at least 2 friends that enjoy your work. Let's get cookin and finish that thing up. I wish I could also take my own advice but 50 hours a week at work and a 2 year old suck up all your modeling time. I have been putting in a hour or so in the morning before work but that's about it. Missed ya at the show, maybe you'll be in Baton Rouge next weekend?
  17. Same as Mr. Fluck, I have always found this board slower to load. But, lately just as everyone else within the past week or so it's been painfully slow.
  18. Haven't been since 2003, but I'm going this year. I'm not bringing any models with me but I hope to bring some home.
  19. 300-500 dollars!!! I have one of those limos, unstarted still has the packing peanuts in the box with it.
  20. Hey Manuel, I need your help. What was the link for the magnets you used to hold your truck open on that rum runner Plymouth. I've searched the forum to no avail. Thanks, Ray
  21. Looking great. Where did you get it?
  22. I got mine, right on schedule. I was worried with it being my renewal month but it came with no interuptions. Great issue by the way.
