  1. Jeff and, i done a mock up this aftenoon at his shop and, it will be an easy window for the builder to handle.
  2. Thanks Jeff. Yes, Mark it is 1/25 from the MPC kit. Still molding up the rest of the bits to go with the body. You will get body, hood, lower front bumper, dash, rear seat, package self, door panels, head lights and, clear red tail lights. Price $55.00. The AMT/MPC 87-88 Gt will be the intended donor. hope to have a few ready to ship by the end of next week. again, A HUGE THANKS to Jeff from Motor City resin for all his help here.
  3. I myself would leave it. That is just me though.
  4. Nice build. The color combo looks very classy.
  5. Very clean conversion. I have always liked this roof line a little more. Very neat color choice.
  6. Danny, Just like the rest of your stuff, these parts look great.
  7. Thistruck, like all of Jeffs products is beautiful. I got to see this one from the begin to the end during the mastering. A lot of of work went into it.
  8. That is a pretty broad question. It all depends on your skills as a modeler. Can you be more specific as to what it is you wanna build. May make it easier for someone to point you in the right direction.
  9. You may also try prewired distributors from M.A.D. My linkMAD
  10. Hey Phil, Just sent a load of new stuff to my web master to photgraph and, add. Hopefully they will be up by middle of next week.
  11. One word,,,AWSOME!
  12. Boy, does that look tough.
  13. I use Dupli-Color a lot. Infact it is my primer and, clear of choice even when using Testor or, Tamiya lacquer color. Always been happy with it.
  14. If the mettalic is collecting (I assume around body lines and, such), you most likely are laying it on too thick. try laying down thinner coats. You may also want to try warming up the can in a pan of warm tap water. IMO, warming up the paint lets it flow better and, it seems to tack up quicker and, dry smoother.
  15. Very cool of you to want to get your hubby a model kit of his "baby". The easiest way would be Ebay. Good luck.
  16. Some nice detail parts here as well. MAD
  17. From what I know, all but the 4x4 versions of the MPC Ford vans can be built stock. None of the AMT kits can be built stock.
  18. Nice work. You can get started with your engine wiring needs with a prewired distributor here. MAD
  19. Have you tried Dupli-Color? Maybe you can check with your local auto parts store to see if Dupli-color carries this color. If they do not have it on hand, perhaps they will order it for you.
  20. Thanks Jim. Since you mention us here is a link to our site M.A.D.
  21. You can find the air filters here My linkMAD
  22. Ditto what John said. You might also try the Revell Beretta pro street kit. The chassis in all three kits are very close, if not the exact same thing.
  23. The easiest way to get started is with the help of your trusty freezer. Grab the model and, a plastic ziplock bag large enough to hold the model. Run the model under water and, place it in the bag. Place the bag in the freezer over night. The freezing water will start to losen everything up. In the morning take the model out and, pull off what is already loosened. you may need to do this a few times.
  24. R.C cars, real cars, music, reading, camping and, spending time with the family.
  25. The Mustang looks great and, was a natural for them, The 48 is a bit of a surprise. A good one though, I'm diggin it.
