  1. Jim......I am not absolutely sure?.....but,I have no reaction when I use my urethane clear over enamel......I would ask Don Yost that question.......thanks.

Hello.......the donor kits are Revell " Stones ,Woods and Cook " and Revell 41 Willys street rod..........allot of modifications and scratch built parts......"Pro Tech": rubber fuel line, t`fittings,seat belt fasteners,gauge rings,detailing wire,nut band bolt ends,linkage brackets..........wheels are from Revell Shelby Cobra kit.........all chrome was stripped and painted Alclad........body was painted Alclad ......flames masked off and dullcoat was airbrushed over body.......if you would like to see how this was built ........please check out the link for "On the Workbench" below..........thanks http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=60547

Hello.....thank you all for the kind comments.......headlights ,hood ,side vents and hood scoop are on........doors and trunk lid are on......I will put on the license plate and throttle cable tonight......."It`s not perfect" but, good enough for the girls I go with........I should have this done tomorrow......thank`s again for following this build and the kind comments.

Hello......thank you all for the kind comments......I masked off the flames on the build body and airbrushed dullcoat over the body....... the interior is assembled to the body and the body is attached to the chassis........glass is installed........scratch built gas tank painted Alclad.......exhaust tips attached........taillights and grill attached......I will assemble the doors and attach the headlights tonight......thanks for looking.
  17. Pat......No, I did not clear coat the Alclad........Yes, you can`t handle the Alclad that much......when I masked the flames.......I attach the tape to the skin on my arm to eliminate some of the adhesive of the tape......but,enough adhesive to mask the flames.......thanks

  20. Hello.......thank you all for the kind comments......I painted a spare body Alclad to practice on the flames.......this was a 20 minute practice flame job.......I will take my time and try and do a good job on the build body......thanks for looking.
  21. Hello.......this is a little Anglia "King Kong" gasser I built a few years ago.......started with a Revell Anglia kit......wired and plumbed .......Slixx decals......custom Dupont orange mixed with H.O.K. pearl.....thanks for looking.
