  1. Dave......."Wild Wiilie" was so cool man........to drive that altered with one arm was crazy...... great subject........the color looks spot on......you got a great start going......glad to see you posting WIP pictures......can`t wait to see the next progress pictures.

Jeff.......I buy a pack of wire from the dollar store......it comes with 5 rolls of wire: green,red,blue,black and clear.......I removed the wire from the clear roll...... and with a toothpick I put some Tamiya clear yellow into one end of the clear roll and let it run down the roll.......it gives a yellow tint......thanks

  4. Chris......I use thin cardboard for a templet......measure and cut......it takes a few cuts to get right.......thanks.
  5. Hello..... I.scartch built the body tins and supports......I still need to fine sand and add a few details to the tins......thanks for looking.
  6. Hello.....thank you all for the kind comments......scratch built wheelie- bars weathered and assembled......I did some modifications on the body .......I removed 1/4 inch from the front end and re-shaped the fenders......thanks for looking.

Hello........thank you all for your kind comments.......I modified the front end.......scratch built shocks, steering linkage,foot brake and engine support tork bar painted alclad and installed...... scratch built roll cage, instrument cluster and master cylinders and installed.........steering wheel is on and I finished the "Pro tech" 5 point harness........brake lines are hooked -up.........scratch built primer/fuel pump and installed....... scratch buily shift linkage and attached to the transmission......."Pro Tech" fuel and water caps painted alclad and attached ......thanks for looking.

  13. thank you for your observation......forgot to put it on.......the kit came without the steering shaft........it was on my to do list........completely forgot..........thanks for the help.

Hello.......thank you all for the kind comments.......scartch made seat with "Pro Tech" 5 point seat belt harness painted alclad and weathered .......scratch built rear struts and assembled.......rear slicks are on.........scratch built roll cage is mocked -up and front tires as well.......thanks for looking.
  15. Tyrone.....the bigger fuel lines are from the 99 cent store.......they come in a package of 5 rolls: red,blue,black,green and clear .......sometimes I paint the lines with black acrylic paint like I did with these ones........the smaller line is from "Pro Tech"........thanks.

Hello.......thank you all for the kind comments.......I am back to work on the USA-1......I got the motor mounts and engine installed to the chassis.....front splash pan assembled........scratch built floor pan and controls painted alclad and weathered....... assembled to chassis.......thanks for looking.
  18. Rob......personally I would return this product and go with another one that has a tank and regulator.......most importantly I would thank your wife for the kind thought but,tell her it would no be efficient for what you do.........a compressor is a very valuable tool in this hobby.
