Hello.......thank you all for your kind comments..........I assembled the rear bike wheel and master cylinder.........assembled the shifter and brake controls......battery is installed .......coils and plug wires hooked-up........ I also modified to have a kick start......I will put on the girder front end and front wheel tonight........thanks for looking.

Hello......thank you for the kind comments........I installed the engine,carb`s and oil tank........I need to finish up the plumbing and wiring .......I got the side car interior in and the tail lights are on..........I will work on the front end and handle bars tomorrow........thanks for looking.
  3. Art......WOW!!!!! ......man,those outside pictures are killer!!!!!........the build really pops!!!!!!!........yes, I`m sure I could get the driver to sign it......I told him are cool you are and what an AWESOME model car builder you are.

Art........this build is AWESOME.........these pictures are great but,I saw this in person at the" Grand Nationals Roadster Show" model car contest in January of this year....... it took 1st place in it`s category.......it look great but,even more impressive in person.......congrat`s Art.........also,I recognize the drivers name on the car........nice touch

Hello.......thank you for the kind comments........I finished the detail on the front wheel.........I made some tail lights they will have chrome middle inserts .......I made a 60`s stlye oil tank and electrical box and painted alclad........I attached the oil lines and some electrical.....I painted the seat and the interior to the side car......I also made a twin gas tank.......thanks for looking.

Hello.......thank you all for the kind comments........I started on the engine.......I modified the CB750F valve cover to resemble a 1970 CB750 valve cover and was painted alcald.........I also had to add some fins to the engine head.......engine painted flat black and then dull coated......I added a few modifications to the engine block.......I also modified the carbs to resemble the original bike carbs.......I still need to add some details to the engine and carbs.....I modified and extended the exhaust pipes and painted alcad and blued.........I scratch built a girder front end and was painted alclad to resemble the original "Cyclops"........I also modified the Revell 1/16 scale front dragster wheels to become mag wheels for the "Cyclops" also painted alclad........I got the front wheel assembled and painted alclad and light gray .......thanks for looking.

Bill........the gift you have for first time scratch building is mind blowing.......your talent is incredible.....and to top it off..........you couldn`t have picked a better subject.......this was one of the most beautiful dragsters in drag racing history.........I would love to see this build displayed at the Pomona,Ca. NHRA museum........the museum has some quality builds but,but this is truly a "MASTERPIECE"...........great job.
