BMF (new and improved ) question?

Thanks Harry, and yeah windex is the window cleaning stuff here in Australia also. -
I have been using a new packet of new and improved BMF and it keeps leaving a lot of residue on the paintwork and i have tried to get it off but i cant seem to get rid of it, can anyone recommend what to use to get it off! Thanks

Jeff, i live in Australia and have purchased plenty of stuff from them and never had any problems and Michelle is a first rate operator, and what i have seen on other message boards is pretty much the same thing for her service to the USA. Andrew
