  1. Hey I like the color of the body and the engine looks really good. Those headers really stand out and look wicked! With the thickness of that wire are you going to get all 9 in that distributor? Have fun with it!
  2. Nice car topic! Keep up the updates and yeah, I'd have a hard time picking the direction I'd want to go with it too. Lots of possabilities.
  3. The 1:1 pics of that truck you posted are great! That rig is Beautiful!
  4. Don't take it wrong but I don't think the show took a whole lot of rep away. You take peoples cars back therefore those people ( Which are the dummies for not payin) hate you and don't give you rep I do tip my hat to you as the job can be dangerous. I had a friend that did it. These stealth type rigs really saved a lot of lives and hassle. Good luck out there!
  5. Oh I'm up for the challange I just was thinking it looed like it was 2 cars and wanted to know. I'm not trading this car rocks! I actually found one for sale but wow it's a lot of money so I'll just start with a Thunderbolt I think. There was one out there I was surprised.
  6. I wonder how far off the frame and running gear would be off for something like the Bronco?
  7. That truck didn't look to bad minus the molded engine area. It will be cool to see though and I hope you have as much fun on this venture as us in the Apoc Thread have.
  8. Jarius I have a question. I was looking around for a kit for this and had a thought go through my head. Is this a strait up 63 or is this actually a larger "fin" setup like it has a 57 rear end?
  9. Hey chuck did those tires damage the windows? Looks like they are in the bag with clear sprue.
  10. Very nice and thanks for posting that link!
  11. Cool little racer! The body work looks good and it looks ready to attack the track!
  12. Sweet! Nice bodies! I have a couple drag bodies I need parts for and I hope I can do them justice like this
  13. Thats always nice when someone says hey I want more!
  14. The lifts were in a pack of 1/64 scale cars called M2 Machines. You could get them at WalMart and other places for a while in a 2 car pack or the pack I bought had one car and 5 lifts. One was a base and 4 stacks. Kinda lame as it leaves a lift out for what we use them for I need another one These work great for workbench stuff like separating your body/chassis/windows. I do not think anyone has them anymore buy maybe Ebay. Hope it helps
  15. And to think that just last week I was outbid on the S&M Bird due to I had several bids going for my budget. The box AND kit I was bidding on went for a total of around $40 and the car was unbuilt. Am I missing something here? I agree time to just sell our old boxes. Should we make an old box trade section?
  16. Nice bikes guys! I have a couple in the back yard that need repair but none as cool as these. I used to have my grandpas original Beach Cruiser but It was stolen.
  17. Ok guys I'm in and drew this Fairlane. I almost thought i was lucky and had the kit already but mine is a 63 Galaxy not Fairlane This car looks awesome! Am I correct in assuming this is a tri carb car with the tips sticking out? I'll start my shopping this weekend. Thanks for letting me in I can not wait to start this guys!
  18. On my old dirt track stocker I just used a bic lighter and then used the other end to push in the larger areas. I also used a bic and a hobby knife to do this truck. Forgive the dirt. This desert off roader I made when I was I think 16/17 and now I'm 32. It's been a long time.
  19. Reminds me of a railroad truck gone custom
  20. I sent a PM and I said e-mail or snail mail. I think E-mail would be better. This build thread looks amazing as far as the ideas and the overall idea. Jarius as someone that "tries" to draw my hat is off to you in your creativity. I hope I am accepted cause this looks fun! I'm a little jealous of the cards some have "drawn"
  21. Sweet! anyone know if there is a LED light small enough to work? I'm going to check Pep Boys. When I worked there they sold a small one in a fake anit security thing that I want to see how big it is If I remove it from the plastic. I figure the Camaros ( I had an 86 ) and Firebirds had a flip up part in the rear floor that I can make and hide a 9volt battery?
  22. No This one is not from Gordons however he does have some great stuff in there. This was an Ebay for $17 shipped. Clean inside and an extra hood and wheel set for a different version. There is a lot of older kits at Gordons though all the way through to the new release Zingers I want
  23. Nice score guys! I hope if they re-released that they will re-release the Dually. I once made a pro street one and would love to do it again. Oh today I got one of my Holy Grails Finally!
