  1. I think I'm going to go toss mine in the garbage now Incredible work man!
  2. Nice build so far the gold and the style of builds make the Stang look sharp.
  3. Very interesting start to this. You got me watchin
  4. Here are some pics to show how many cars showed up for the first ever spring GoodGuys show. We meet in the fall too. This is a large number from Moonlight Modelers along with some from Cactus Modelers and some others that showed up. I had 5 in here. Toby had 6. And my buddy Marty had 18! Enjoy!
  5. A couple I bought at the GoodGuys car show ..
  6. In my comp the picture title is Mini Escalade. I won nose bleed seats to the event but we were right over the staging /pit area so it was neat. I have a big sign I made autographed by him and he did actually see it and then go crazy. Would be cool for real or model
  7. yeah buddy let me fax it over to ya
  8. Thanks for the addy and I have have to ask... Redrocker does that have anything to do with 98KUPD in AZ by chance?
  9. <~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Making popcorn cause this is getting good
  10. Nice! odd looking little critter but nice. Reminds me of a Geo Metro B-Rad posted at the drags.
  11. Plum Crazy is always nice on the Mopars but your yellow stripes really accent it very well. Looks really cool.
  12. You can't be done with this beauty Marty, It's been a project so long it wouldn't be normal
  13. I went out and bought these today and some ribbon and some new brushes..
  14. I am a LONG time HUGE fan of Monster trucks and Monster Jam. I actually talk to some of the drivers via Facebook too. My son and I have collected over 100 monster trucks toys and a lot of shirts, met a lot of drivers. One problem my favorite of all is An Escalade. George Belhan is a crazy guy but has a ton of talent. Here in Phoenix he did a crazy rollover after a long wheelie combo over cars and kept going. There is NO replicas though so I'm making my own It will take some work but here is the start and some pics from Monster Jam 2009 at the University of Phoenix Stadium ( Cardinals )
  15. I'm still not sure which way I want to go. I'm kinda torn between stock and I'm leaning toward Resto-mod. I don't want to go Pro touring on this one. I'm also thinking maybe a 2 tone silver I'm not sure. That Fire chief idea is really cool!
  16. Wow what detail I'm lovin it. Great job so far.
  17. Cranky this should be interesting as I have barely any parts but whats building a bike with no scratch building right? Lyle wow those are beautiful man! MikeMC, I think it is sad that not many american bikes are cast. All the Harleys i've seen are these snap kits. I'd like to see some glue kits, and say maybe some bigger independant names like Victory, Big Dog, Titan, etc but as usual its tooling costs I'm sure. I need to get a Yamaha Virago and scale it down to make a replica of my Maxim
  18. delete
  19. So when I first signed up on the forum I saw a post where someone asked if bikes were ok and someone with ohana status said they are not only ok but encouraged and I have seen none since. So....
  20. Here is what she looked like after she went swimming. This paint was horrible thick and some actually did not come off. Time for some body work now. I'm also stripping the chrome in bleach white. (In a fancy $1 Walmart cotton candy container )
  21. Thanks for the compliments everyone. This was a basic builder my rear and the cab still wants to separate after primer, triple black over a wet sanded base coat, and a clear coat and wax. This simple truck actually frustrated me but I think it came out good.
  22. Good to hear! That's actually my favorite vette body style ( people think i'm odd ) Can't wait to see it running!
  23. I normally don't get die cast but I did get that cop car and today I got this on clearance for $5 and it has full opening detail, working steering and removable hard top. I also have no T-birds of this type in my collection so what the hey...
  24. Sometimes I think that depends on the rail company. I won't through any names under the bus however there is a a few big ones around here and one I certainly do not trust
  25. As a HUGE fan of monster trucks (In fact I talk to some of the drivers on a regular basis) I like it a lot. Don't beat yourself up cause I think it looks great! I love the Caddy front works as well. Nice job now do another!
