  1. Welcome Jerry!
  2. Welcome Jeff!!! That Monte is looking GOOD so far!
  3. ABSOLUTELY!!! I just picked up a JoHan '72 Torino fastback cheap at a show last weekend, the perfect candidate for a detailed kitbash!
  4. Nicely done build!
  5. Email sent Cliff! Sorry I didn't respond sooner.
  6. Another nice write-up Chris! I guess if I want to replicate my late uncle's '86 fleetside longbed F150 (that his young son's still own & cherish), I'd have to combine the pickup cab, with TWO Broncos sacrificing their sides to build the bed A bit of work, but it would probably mean ALOT to them.
  7. As much as I'd like to see the "High Roller" series return, I don't think we'll see it happen The only real attraction these kits have over the "stock" trucks is the Ground Hawg tires, and they're not even quite correct (cool though!) Denman tire is no more, don't know how licensing would work for something like that, and the raised suspension isn't accurate at all.
  8. More incredible work from the Read brothers!!! And these guys also work their magic on 1:1 rides!
  9. No gun rack in the '92 reissue...and now that I look at the styrene, it is kinda aqua!
  10. Nice write-up so far! Chris, I've got the baby blue Chevy sport stepside, dated 1992 if you need pics of what's in the box
  11. Neat build so far Paul! I'm diggin' the IRS...
  12. Very cool resin kit! Nicely finished
  13. Mark, you've got the skills to scratch your own grille to match your 1:1! And you've got accurate reference material
  14. Wow! Very nice Luke! Me likey Impalas
  15. Another winner from Cliff!!! Oh, and congrats on your MCM truck article, great stuff!
  16. No biggie on the base material, it can still be made into a COOL model, or left as-is for display! It's the SUBJECT that matters I'll be picking one up for a custom fastback, or a gasser, or a clunker, or a ??? The sky's the limit, the beauty of scale builds
  17. The nicest ones I've seen in a kit are from the old 1/24 Monogram '57 vette from the 70s (that's the issue I still have from when I was a kid).
  18. Nicely done!
  19. eBay 'em Darrin! Sorry to hear about the work situation
