  1. Nice I love the color the wheels look great on it and that motor it looks cool I have one in the works but had to put it off because of a move and broken rear axle. The paint does look a bitt bumpy but still good.
  2. Nice i like the new springs they make it look meaner and would be a lot better off road never liked molded springs to me they are always just a hair short for my idea I miss building models need to get job bad so can get my stuff out of storage and start building again.
  3. Nice idea looks like it will be a great build when finished keep udating on the progress I cnnot wait to see it finished
  4. Looks like a great one of a kind build nice detail on the interior and the chassis I like the second air cleaner that looks like the GTO Hood scoop it kind of gives the car a more custom look. Keep up the good work and post more picks as you continue the build.
  5. Now it looks mean I like how it is turning outkeep up the good work and I will be watching to see how it turns out You have gven me a idea for my F250 Pre runner and i saw several of these when I went to high school
  6. Nice one this is going to be a cool model when you finish it. Exotic Tuner class would be great to see a real one but to much $$$. I like the idea of the Ferrari engine in such a small car it should make one wild ride when finished. Hey is Vin Diesel watching this site that would be a great car for the next and I know they will make it Fast and the Furious movie. they could use all custom cars.
  7. With the primer it looks a 100 times better than anything I would have done. If I tried to cut it it would wind up like the few I have tried to modify pieces in my parts box waiting for me to find a good use for them. To bad on the frame just gives you time to think of what you have to do next.
  8. I saw one of these style cabswhen I worked at wal Mart but think it was a Dodge i cannot be sure the lady who was driving it told me it was hard to park and sometimes if the road had sharp corners she had trouble turning. But it had tons of leg room and held three carts of groceries I was surprised to see it all go in and she still had room for her kids. Nice work on the build and the colors look great togethr. looks good so far cannot wait to see this one finished.
  9. Looks good so far I think you di a great job cutting the cab better than I would do if I tried to cut it down. keep posting I will watch this one as I hope to get my F250 out of storage and build it as a 4X4.
  10. That is a awsome mud bogger and I like it nice work combining the two models to make something different and wild.
  11. Looks wild nice one love how it looks
  12. Looks great so far and it will be a good one when finished. Keep posting pics and I will watch this one as it comes along
  13. Cool one looking great so far will be a nice one when finished. Keep up the posts and I will be watching this one as it comes along
  14. Ok got a little work done and found my Camera cord so I can upload pics of my latest project it started as a plastic toy car I found in a junk pile and has slowly progressed into a post apocalyptic car. In rmembrence of our 151/2 year old cat Tuffy who passed away today i am going to call it Tuff 1 scout/ patrol car. I scratch built the roof from a plastic sandwich box and opened the hood and trunk and found some rear tires and wheels from a toy truck Anyon know a good place to find photos of futuristic engines maybe indusrtial type i have a ton of old electonics parts I scraped up out of the junk pile to use. Funny this car is being built just like the real ones would from what ever can be found around. Still not sure on weapons have one set most likely will end up on car and thinking of another.
  15. Coming along nicely with tons of detail looking great so far
  16. That looks great takes my favorites MilitaryVehicles and monster trucks and mixes them into one Awsome ride would love to have a real ride like that. Thanks for posting it
  17. Looking good with a ton of great detail work on it starting to look like it will be a killer ride when finished
  18. That is what I think I will do have enough coffee straws to make a gatling gun or some misle launcher tubes on the side So far I have the thing I have done are cut the hood open cut the trunk open Painted it tuquoise with a red fender(Going for the scrap yard find idea) Added some truck wheels on the back that look military and paited them custom mix green opened hole for motor and radiator Still need to make weapons possibly a frame find tires and wheels I like got my eye on a broken hotweels sized monster truck
  19. looks good so far wish i had better stuff to work with than junk i am finding around me if i could get into my sorage i have a ton of parts but it is over 100 miles away. hoped to get pics of the toy car I am working on but been raining last few days and not much done to it still trying to work on it even though i do not have money. just using what i have to try and build it may search one more place to try and find parts for my build if not will go with straws for weapons and keep the tires it has on it.
  20. Nice work so far makes me think that this is kind of how I should do my F250 that i want to make a tow rig for my F150 I was going to do as a heavy of road trail rig keep up the good work
  21. well I was cleaning up here where I have been staying and found a old plastic toy car and was told to trash it so I brought it in and forgot about it until recently while cleaning and i was on here and saw the post again and said ok that is what i can do. So far i have cut open the hood, trunk and front for radiator painted it turquoise with a red fender just need to choose a motor may rob my 1953 vett. it has some tires from a toy truck on military style wheels in the back and slicks in the front. I plan on doing some custom interior if it works out or just making a top wich ever is easier. need to scratch up some junk for weapons should be ton around got a lot of coffee straws so there are a few weapons. if i can get chance and weather is nice will take pics and post them of where it is at currently and i am open to sugestions for build with no money. Like what to use for weapons and interior.
  22. That looks great nice detail would hate to meet up with that thing. nice work on the modification from cookie cutter die cast to killer ride and you have given me a new insperation to try and make another build from stuff around me thanks.
  23. Nice one I have that kit got it for three bucks at thrift shop plan on making a 4X4 out of it was thinking the motor was not cool but after seeing yours it might be ok. nice work and the wing makes it look better with the camper as my kit calls it.
  24. Some nice ones here so far if I ever get the right parts I plan on doing a el camino 4X4 got the kit and three ink pen springs just waiting for 4th pen to run out of ink so i can get the sprimg. then i need to figur out how to build a lift with junk I have since I am out of money I want to do a wild lift might use old plastic spoons I have. then i need to find glue Maybe I will get some for my birthday o the 24th. with no money I have been using what I can find around where i am staying. found most parts to build a winch and working on it slowly when feel good been down because out of work and nothing to do here models are over 100 miles away in storage. now i have two i found at thrift store and working with them oh need big tires
  25. Nice it has come a long way since last I was on here had alonger break from models than i want still packed away in storage and i miss them. I got two but both could use a visit to my parts box for some better stuff. Keep up the good work
