  1. Great job on the wheels. Great way of doing them.
  2. Looking good. Nice bodywork. Will be watching.
  3. Came out great . Nice work.
  4. I call them cell phone zombies. They are completely obvious to there surroundibgs. Saw a program that did an experiment. Had a clown on a unicycle ride by people on cell phones. Somebody would come up to the person and ask them if they saw the clown and they would say no. They then would show them the video. Needless to say they were amazed.
  5. Thanks for the details. Great work. Nice weathering.
  6. Harry sorry but your point isnt valid. I've tried to come up with cases to illustrate my point and you keep saying that my arguements are not relevant. All I can say is you want to fix something that isn't broken. I can see that we aren't getting anywhere with this and I'm not going to waste any more energy on this. Believe what you want to.
  7. Perfect example the current mess with GM. GM could be found not guilty in criminal court but have a wrongful death suit in civil. By your arguement GM couldn't be sued in civil court because of the criminal trial.
  8. Nice job. Sure wish they would restore this back to this version. They would sell like ice on a hot day.
  9. Civil court not trying a person for a crime that is what the criminal court does. Civil court determines if your actions in whole or part was the cause for a loss for another party. You are required to pay restitution for the part that you contributed to a loss. Civil the term is wrongful death suit. You can cause someones death without committing a crime. There is no double jeopardy here you are not being tried for the same crime twice.
  10. Cool. Looks like a fun project.
  11. Super nice. How about some details? Where did you get the figures? How long did it take you to build it?
  12. For the civil part the question will be did Tony do everything possible to avoid hitting Ward which is different from deliberately trying to hit ward. Now Tony can't be judged 100 percent at fault because Ward contibuted to his own death by going on to the track.
  13. Gets better with every update. Willnyou be finishing the bronco next?
  14. I thought it was Tom Kirns model from GSL a few years back.
  15. Me I just use the rattle cans. Tamiya is going for about 7 dollars a can. If you are going to decant it you are defeating the conveience of the rattle cans. To me its just easier to mix up some paint for the airbrush to start with intead of hassling with decanting the paint.
  16. Maybe they should just report when GM doesn't have a day without recalls. C Brings to mind the saying " always time to do it the right the second time around but never time to do it right the first time ".
  17. Nice flames.
  18. Welcome. Nice looking cobra.
  19. I try to do as much pre assembly as possible to minimize handling painted parts. I will also do mock up using white glue to minimize having to rework painted parts. For detailing engines making a stand to hold the engine also minimizes damage to the painted surface.
  20. The sedan delivery used the chassis from the sedan\phaeton but the sedan delivery was not an option for the switcher kit. I think it was a way to get more use for the rest of the tooling from the switchers kit.
  21. Nice job.
  22. Cool idea using an existing shape. Cool project keep up the good work.
  23. Same thing with microwave popcorn contents may be hot(really ). However these are the cases that have been abused which require tort reform.
