BEAUTIFUL WORK CURT!!!

One of My Favorites! Good Start!

NEW SURF BOARD For FREDDY!!! "Beach Bunny's" Arm didn't match up with Freddy very well so, I cut that section of the Board out. I cut a square piece of plastic to fit inside the Board for added Strength. I glued it inside then glued the Board back together. A little Putty & Sanding and Freddy has got a New Surf Board!

ADDING The STINGER!!! I wanted to bring the Rear of the Body to a Point, so I cut a triangular piece of sheet plastic to size. Next I cut 2 grooves in the edge for the Wire. Then I cut 2 1/4" lengths of Brass Wire and glued them in the grooves. Next I flat-sanded the rear tip of the body & drilled 2 holes for the Brass Wire. I used Zap-A-Gap Green Label Glue to attach the Stinger in place. Foam File Boards and a little putty were used to blend the Body & Stinger together. That's the Shape I was looking for....

FREDDY"S SMILE... I used small pieces of sheet plastic to fill the top points of his Smile. Then I filled the area in with Putty. That's about right! Next I need to work on Freddy's Teeth...

WORKIN' The FENDERS!!! I cut sheet plastic to fit the rear-bottoms of the Fenders... Then I glued the plastic on to the Fenders and Sanded the edges smooth. Next... The Stinger!!!

FILLIN' FREDDY'S HEAD!!! I will be carving the Freddy's Helmet into the shape of Hair... So I am filling in the low areas in Freddy's Head with Squadren Putty!

BiG PIPES!!! I made the exhaust pipes from plastic tubing. I cut 8 small pieces and 2 large ones... I glued the 4 small tubes into each big tube, then I sanded the end of the pipes on an angle. I painted them and attached them to the Chassis Plate. That was the Last Step! RAMCHERO Is Finished!!! More Photos Coming Soon...
