  1. Getting The HEMI Ready!!! I drilled out the ends of the Headers... Also drilled holes in the Valve Covers & Distributor, for Spark Plugs Lines!
  2. THAT'S A BIG ZINGER HEMI!!! The New HEMI Really Fills the Bed... These exhaust Pipes came with the Zinger...I'm thinking about using them. What do you think???
  3. IT'S GOT A HEMI!!! I was sold on the 25th scale FORD 409 Engine, untill I saw the BIG HEMI... I found a 20th scale HEMI Engine in the Little Red Zinger Kit. The Double Superchargers were too tall for the Ranchero, so I looked for something else. I found a BIG Supercharger in the Groovy Grader Kit. The Scoop from the WILLY WILD will be just what I wanted, after I do a few modifications... Here is a quick mock up!
  4. NICE START!!!
  5. GREAT DETAILING!!! Looks like Real Thing!
  6. Thanks for the Suggestion Andy! Found a 20th scale HEMI that looks much better than the BOSS 429! Photos Coming...

  8. HAIRCUT & A TRIM!!! I got the Cockpit Cover Finished and glued in place. Gave Don a Haircut and Trim and now he sits about 3/8" lower. Don is also Getting a Facial today!
  9. Thank You Dr.! More Photos Coming Soon...
  10. LOOKS GREAT!!! Very Clean Build, Nice Chop Too...
  11. DON The SNAKE FINK Is BACK!!! Looks like Don is ready for a Test Drive! He couldn't even wait for the Cockpit Cover to be attached! I think he likes his new ride so far...but he is still a little too big. Don needs a little more trimming to lower him about 3/8" to 1/2" more into the Cockpit...
  12. Just a little more fitting & the Cover is ready to attach, then I'll start adding & replacing trim...
  13. CREATING An ILLUSION For DON!!! Next I cut a piece of sheet plastic just large enough to cover the 1/8" strips of plasic, and glued it in place. Here is the Cockpit Cover set in place! The "Sunken" Platform will be painted Flat Black, which will give the Illusion of Depth for the Interior...
  14. Makin' Room for DON the SNAKE FINK!!! I cut out an access area for Don's Head. Next I glued strips of 1/8" tall plastic strips around the edges of the area...
  15. GOT IT COVERED!!! The cardboard template, for the Cockpit Cover, worked Great! I transfered the shape to sheet plastic & cut it out. Then I bent the sides down to fit with Needle Nose Pliers. After a little Fitting & Cutting the shape was very close... I also added little strips of plastic around the inside edges of the body, to increase the gluing surface for the Cockpit Cover.
  16. Thanks for the kind words Andy! A Deals Wheels Bugatti might be a Fun Project, you should give it a try!... I'll have to take a look at the Zinger BOSS 429... Thanks again!
  17. Thanks for your kind comments Eric! The Red &Silver colors remind me of a Metal Tether Car I had when I was a kid....
  18. Thanks Jim! Yeah, now that you mention it, I'm hearing that song again too...
