  1. shaved the body work and did some light filling. the graffiti is a decal. the wheels are modified pegasus with resin offsets.
  2. i wanna cast the big block from the 67 impala i figure i chop the trans and glue the heads and intake would it be easier to cast from the side or halfway across the top
  3. whats the size on this ive seen them listed at 1/24 but isnt it like 1/26

  8. i cleaned them with soap and water, you have to if youre gonna airbrush it i used acetone. yup
  9. dark color over light never works out youre also spraying too heavy if you mist a few coats yu have no problem

  12. thanks this helped whats a good size fill "tunnel" i used old styrene tree rods what ive seen someone else posted their mold that his fills from one end of the mold via tunnel from the bottom then vents out the top would this work. btw those skeptical about the spokes the wheel is and flat glue sealed

  14. who wants to be a member to qualify you have to have at least 5 sets of wheels you only have 3 of, i counted 100 sets today

  16. so to further my impala from looking like other impalas i cut off a lot of stuff gonna go for the one piece tailight look once i get the new grill in there its off to chrome
  17. my cousin had this car for 2 years he gave it back before he moved to florida he was however a smoker the interior was nice and white when he had it. since he gave it back i decided to restore it then some paint chipped around the edges and that went out the window, so i decided to take another route. i shaved all the trim and door handles exept the rocker spear which will soon go out the window since im liking this idea
  18. i thought the top was supposed to be the vent? its cool its not at the face of the wheel i can always remold without the vents and add them later. nobody here post pictures of molds so im still confused about the vent and filler stuff.
  19. i added another key in the upper right but the vents stayed someone in another forum said something about a bottom fill mold with the vent up top but the thing looked like it took up a lot of space with little room for keys too late,
  20. me neither but the wheel behind the spokes is pretty well sealed with glue and tape
  21. its my first 2 part mold
  22. i dont care how shiny it is its a improvement over my old paintjobs i was lucky to get a glossy paintjob every few cars.
