  4. this isnt a bad kit technically my third 48 i used to have 2 vert 48s before this one. i went for a taildragger look so i bobbed the tail end i never intended it to be a gloss paintjob i started leaning that way till a error told me otherwise it reacted pretty bad cause it ate itself all the way into the plastic so i had to fix it fast option b was to primer the front end like it was under construction post wreck, wasnt happenin once it was cleaned up i reshot the car with plain base pearl then the same color with violet pearl mixed in and then a flat clear paint job over the paint and decals

  8. thanks guys for the replies wheel choices were extremely limited because of the scale im working in, theyre the same size as the stock wheels just taller profile wise these arent too bad considering the other options i didnt want to use lol. revell has a 1/25, i love all front engine porsches including the cayenne and panamera. i cut off porsches at the 930 platform dont like them older or newer.

  14. my friend kept bugging about these so when he finally fronted the cost of the molding rubber i gladly decided to cast them for him. theyre only blue for picture purposes the regular sets are tan, mold for the tires are drying as i type the tires wil be in hard resin they fit so well theyre no point in making soft compound ones

  20. i have some nice 1 piece molds, but i want to make a nice tire for once and theres some bubble tires i want that wouldnt look good with one side flat so ill need to make a 2 piece mold do i do it the clay method some tires are too soft to mash into clay whats a good trick for doing so without the tire loosing shape.
