  2. yup, thats the dark red over the crimson, ill do a stoplight red on a later build it does look good in bottle probably a 58 impala

  4. i never thought of chargers as the metallic paint having type i wanted a solid red for this just finding one that worked without it being "loud" was a problem

  6. i tried the spoon test with gloss and it looked like ###### so i went to the store and got some testors dark red and im much happier now this was shot over the crimson
  7. nice it would go harder if you left the B pillar off or painted it black

  10. one half my brain says its red primer then the other half is saying its maroon(british crimson) has anyone ever painted a car this color and had it come out good? i have stop light red metallic if all else fails but i for some reason cant see this color as a gloss color.

  14. heres the roof before with the damage made visible attempt one was a massive fail, in theory the testors is supposed to be "hot" to the spray glue it is but i sprayed it too light it only worked on a small part but because i sprayed too light, 2nd attempt was a success

  16. its great im thinking of buying a second one when the funds are right, its 80s so expect 80s detail it was once motorized but you cant tell after its built. i was gonna do white but now im between black and off white

  20. i shouldve listened but didnt want to when i picked this kit, i knew it was a lot of work but didnt care was between ideas jk its gonna be a gasser the interior was gonna be stock but im gonna change that since i had a extra 52 pontiac read deck i wasnt gonna use i made that into the new bench seat

  23. all testors paint from primer to clear it has a dark sun tan on the roof unfortunately from a retouch attempt
  24. got mine going the 80s route doing graffiti on the sides
