  1. im pretty much working with one goal in mind to get a presentable affordable Gbody Cutlass casted, i could use your guys help in getting in touch with Jimmy Flintstone to cast it since he can meet the demand and keep the cost low. i started with a monte carlo cause it looks right as a cutlass than the regal. the surgery would be a lot easier as well. im calling it the 88.5 because i dont intend on making a dead accurate cutlass just bringing it up to date

  3. on a sidenote the location of the shoot was west detroit so no special effects were used
  4. yeah that sucker was a chore only thing i left alone was the hood because its bad enough to look glassed
  5. i didnt want a white white so i mixed classic white with sand beige to get a off white
  6. did some painting, the top is classic white with a few drops of sand beige to give it a off while look , i racked my head the whole day wether to do scallops or panels i got mess of tape the size of a soft ball from all the patterns i tried and didnt like. i still gotta mask off the sides.

  8. yup, thats the dark red over the crimson, ill do a stoplight red on a later build it does look good in bottle probably a 58 impala

  10. i never thought of chargers as the metallic paint having type i wanted a solid red for this just finding one that worked without it being "loud" was a problem

  12. i tried the spoon test with gloss and it looked like ###### so i went to the store and got some testors dark red and im much happier now this was shot over the crimson
  13. nice it would go harder if you left the B pillar off or painted it black

  16. one half my brain says its red primer then the other half is saying its maroon(british crimson) has anyone ever painted a car this color and had it come out good? i have stop light red metallic if all else fails but i for some reason cant see this color as a gloss color.

  20. heres the roof before with the damage made visible attempt one was a massive fail, in theory the testors is supposed to be "hot" to the spray glue it is but i sprayed it too light it only worked on a small part but because i sprayed too light, 2nd attempt was a success
  21. im fixing that right now ill fix the wipers too
  22. its great im thinking of buying a second one when the funds are right, its 80s so expect 80s detail it was once motorized but you cant tell after its built. i was gonna do white but now im between black and off white
  23. stickerbomb book, went through about 10 pages already
  24. nah but then again my dog is extremely spolied he has toys up the yang. it also helps when you keep the out of the room
