  1. So after 5 years my Dad is finally bringing this gem home: 1958 Chevy Delray 4 door. Got some plans for this bad boy.
  2. Hey Tim sorry for not iven you cred on the McClean rig.
  3. Good deal maybe I can get it done on time. Been so busy.
  4. That would be cool. Future reference...this should be in the 1:1 section. A few guys get uptight if it is posted in the wrong section. I am sure the moderator will switch it.
  5. Link to Bruco info: http://www.coachbuil...h/brumbaugh.htm And a cab to start with: http://www.aitruckmo...k110gmc530.html and the rear doors are the same as the fronts and if you buy the Texaco Chevy Model kit that is out it will have the doors for the back and the 5 window rear cab panel. Keep in mind the side window are flat glass so that would be easy to make.
  6. Here I imagine is the truck body it utilizes,1951 GMC 950:
  7. This is a 32 Ford Dearborn Body converted to a 32 Duesenberg roadster with elements of the SSJ. Thinking of sending it to Jay Leno . 1947 Isotta Franschi Concept car converted to a Lead Sled: and another pic of my Aussie 2012 KW Bullnose:
  8. I am always on the look out for you guys for something different so here is a few: and for you Lonestar/Paystar and other star fans how about this: and a few I did: This is my version of a Aussie KW cabover converted to bullnose: and a WIP of a serious heavy haul Autocar:
  9. I want to build a model of the MRAP sooner or later in 1/24 or 1/25 but I guess I could use the other model as a base.
  10. MRAPs without the uparmor lol. Those are cool.

  12. It is absolutely stunning. Hey, I would like to build a Texaco version of this rig. Could you guys possibly give me as much info as possible to do a similar build up with pics and dimensions? ARTEMIS1759@yahoo.com is my email.
  13. Hey, where did you get the good year tire and wheel set on the front? Could use a set for my 6x6 Mack B61 or if you do the set above I will buy some.
  14. Here are a few rigs I found including a Vac truck that I took numerous detail pics of at the powerplant I work at. http://s275.photobucket.com/albums/jj291/ARTEMIS1759/Phone%20Trucks/ Reel Truck: Vac Truck:
  15. Here are a few heavy hauls I found on a website and some pics I saw on a wall at Minnkota's Milton R. Young powerplant. http://www.barnhartc...rtation Systems and my photobucket page for Heavy Hauls: http://s275.photobucket.com/albums/jj291/ARTEMIS1759/Heavy%20Haul/
  16. Looks sharp. Need a load? Here is one taking a corner at the Milton R Young Power Plant in Center, ND. I believe it is a transformer for one of the min yards.
  17. Didn't know they had this kit. I could use it to show my current build on my 1993 Chevy FS Blazer.
  18. Thanks. Show me the pics for build up.
  19. Agreed on Advanced Design Chevrolets (1947.5-53). Yes 54 and early 55 had this design but I hate the cross grille design. They have a truck for 30 big ones at a local dealership just like the one in the video except it has Texaco signage (my other love in cars). I want an early 47.5-51 with the vent windows from the 52-55 and the one piece windshield from the 54 and 55. In the 5 window model and an 7.5' box (3/4 ton). I don't like short boxes.
  20. Nice. That is cool. Thanks for the story, I like it.
  21. Sharp truck. Is it me or are the emblems on the doors a little thick?
  22. Military wise let me see wht I got for pics. Slight heat to put dimples in the flats and some in the ribs will do for military dents. Here you go:
