One of my favorite Auto Auctions that I love watching on HD Channel is Mecum Auto Auction. It's a bit less formal and I believe more realistic in auction pricing than Barrett-Jackson. Barrett-Jackson auction prices are way out of price to the true value of a car.
I feel that Barrett-Jackson is more for the Rich folks, while Mecum is more for the general public from wealthy people to the Blue Collar folks. PLUS, Mecum is more into the Muscle Cars and American Classics and it's allot more fun watching. It also gives me really good ideas on future model builds... That's the main reason I like Mecum More.
But that's my humble opinion.
