  1. The Cars That Ate Paris?
  2. The Continental with the Euro plate is from The French Connection. Edit: Oh, I see someone beat me to that one...
  3. Thank you. The chassis and interior went in with minimal effort and fits just fine as well. Still a few parts for the rear suspension need to be added.
  4. All the glass fits very well.
  5. You got it Jim.
  6. Thanks! I’m putting it in the ’73-’74 year range, (part of why I chose the exterior and interior color combo too), so I painted the engine orange.
  7. Thanks guys, here's some more... A couple shades of tan for the interior…
  8. Steering column, wheel and turn indicator lever are installed.
  9. Anyone know this one?
  10. Harold & Maude
  11. Black Moon Rising
  12. Thanks guys. I played with the size of the Betty image to fit the model. Yes, it looks a little larger than how it is portrayed in the Heath art, but I had to fit it to the model too. And since to me it was all about Betty, that's what I decided on.
  13. Romancing the Stone?
  14. Is that from Fast Lane Fever?
  15. No, just carnauba wax... Amazing what a little bit of wax can do for a paint job. I still need to get some of it out of the panel lines though…
  16. Thanks guys. Ready for a wax job…
  17. The black Camaro is from Better Off Dead. The GTO is from My Science Project.
  18. I used monofilament line for the rigging and hand painted it silver after threading it through the plane. It is done.
  19. Thanks Dave, these kits have some fit and molding issues, but as you can see are quite buildable. Engine and cowl are installed, time to add the rigging.
  20. Against All Odds. The 308 plate is a give away.
  21. We are on the same page Robert. Nice to know it can be done at this point... I guess I have bad luck with Monogram/Revell kits of this era having the tires packaged up against the glass. The worst part on this one is on the driver’s side of the windshield. Two other smaller spots are on the side windows of the same piece. (The rear glass is also affected with a small indentation from a tire.) I filled the deeper etched spots with some CA and allowed it to dry without accelerator then I wet sanded and polished all the defects out.
