    This was made from the full standard sized sheet. But the select-A-size I have has the same pattern.

    Thanks. I used Bounty brand paper towel and saturated it with Aileen's Tacky Glue. Then painted it after it dried. One side of those paper towels has a diamond pattern, the "back side" looks like this.

    Thanks Ismael! Underhood insulation pad. Loosely dry fitted, I'll fasten it down smoothly after I paint the hood.

    I spray painted the chassis a layered mix of brown, tan and fluorescent orange. Then I dry brushed silver to lessen the brown tones.

    Thanks guys. Might even get it done today... The assembled nose piece ready to be installed to the body.

    I painted the black trim on the body parts. Masked and sprayed the hood louvers and rocker panels, the rest of the black was done by freehand brushing with Tamiya acrylic. Still need to wax it, but I’ll wait until I get the decals on it.

    Dash is installed and the interior is done.

    I agree Scott. FWIW, here is the cut and pasted response from my buddy who won that auction in response to Chris's request. Not my words, his: "I'll scan/post them the day Gregg Hutchings has nothing to do with the site or the magazine."

    To be brutally honest, I doubt he would do that for this forum. You can thank the site and magazine owner for the way my friend views this forum now. I guess treating people badly even on a model car forum can have unforeseen repercussions.

    I didn’t like the look of the chrome wheels for this one and I thought the Brass Monkey coloring for the wheels would work with the body color. I mixed an approximation from Rustoleum Bronze and Tamiya Fluorescent Orange.
