  2. Nick, Other then Model Express I pretty much get most of my kits and scratchbuild materials from Randy. Great place and great slection. Haven't been over in a few months kinda put building anything on the back burner for a while given some health issues. Have to get over soon and see what kind of trouible I can get my wallett into though !! LOL. Rick
  3. Hey Nick, glad that one was of interest. Heres one that has always caught my eye ,a 46 Chevy, thought the Revell 41 kit might me a good base to start off with and build something like this. Use Plaskits 2 ton wheels and tires and think it might be a good build opportunity. A lot of scratch work for sure but well worth it. http://www.stovebolt.com/gallery/images/hardy_spanky_1946b.jpg http://www.stovebolt.com/gallery/images/hardy_spanky_1946c.jpg Rick
  4. Thanks Tim, That is an awsome rig, my father in law used to drive a Feightliner bulk milk tanker and it was something I was thinking about putting into the build list. When I was a kid growing up in small town Ontario we lived close to a powdered milk plant and used to see rigs similiar to this running in and out. Does that trialer have a reasonable potential for something like this. http://www.hankstruckpictures.com/pix/trucks/art_laing/46_lj_in_54.jpg http://www.hankstruckpictures.com/pix/trucks/art_laing/b70_at_cannonsville_ny_55.jpg http://www.hankstruckpictures.com/pix/trucks/art_laing/b70_mack_55.jpg http://www.hankstruckpictures.com/pix/trucks/steve_slocum/2004/july07/scan.jpg Up here the tractors were more International oriented and I do remember some Ford c series doing the job as well.
