  7. using the caddy motor from the 59 El Camino it will get wired and plumed
  8. yes it was narrowed about 1/2 inch

  10. Dug out an El Camino kit and started cutting and came up with this. Shortened and narrowed, Ill see what I can do with it.
  11. Alright John is back! I was going thru withdrawls. I have my coffee, pop cpon, sodas, note pad. and I'm ready for the advanced model building class to continue.....I really like the concept of the seat.

  16. Tom I'm building mine with the front wheels turned, that why it looks off in the front. the chassis fits real snug in the body and everything fits where the are suppose to. Im thinking that the skirt might be scribed into the body wrong.

  21. got me the new Hudson, thought I'd build a very used and neglected Beater, But I noticed that the wheel base seems off as I wanted to remove one of the skirts, and found that the rear wheel sits back farther than the one here of a real Hudson. Either the skirt is too long or the rear end to far back, Its installed per the instructions Lot of bare metal foil here on this one this was tricky
