Use mpc kit for 86, amt 88 for 89, rest is shown. Made grille for 86, front and rear valance for 89, and filled in body moldings on both. Scratch built cowl-hoods

Time for a new conversion, decided to work on an amt 88 Mustang Gt Body, and make an LX, front lower opening smaller than it should be, but I can live with it, and still gotta redo grille area. Work in progress, but I like so far.

Like i needed more, now I have 33 cars sitting here, lol. Got the Resin Fairmont body in the mail today, awesome peice of craftsmanship. the 86 is a converted mpc 79 pace car, still some work though.

AJ, you can have it, I have 2 built 68 chevelle's I have taken apart,stripped one, and the other was put together not painted. All i need to do is have the bumpers rechromed as they are dulled from age. yeah, Was thinking it was too shiny and looks too new myself. Was looking as a grail kit to keep sealed, not to build. I was outbid on a kit last year with way different wrap and still had price sticker on it, for same price as this one now. If its been opened and resealed, who knows whats actually inside, and I am sure he wont open too look now either.

I agree, all seems to be there except one rear wheel back and one half of one chrome exhaust header. I was actually waiting on another of the same guys auctions to end, and looked at his other items, it had only been listed for 7 minutes. Had to look at pictures twice to make sure I wasn;t seeing things,lol. I've been outbid on a few that went for well over 100.00. Heck, even the box, instructions, and unused decal sheet are almost perfect(except fro the yellowing on the decal sheet).

My new project, picked up on ebay for 24.00, completely unpainted, and parts just falling right off. Been looking for one of these for a while.

I just bought from this last week, and now it dont work, I've check all my stuff,page will pop-up, , and then switches to cannot display.

I keep getting IE cannot display page, can anyone try and see if works for you.

Are you using the right duplicolor primer, and were all the cars spayed out of the same can?? They have an etching primer, so it may have been a mix-up, and mislabeled. I have used duplicolor high build sandable primer on hundreds of bodies, and never had a problem.

Wayne, can I borrow those purple magnum wheels, I need them for a slot car, and pro track is slow filling order right now, lmao

got lucky, picked up a LCE Forza 4 at gamestop, someone canceled there pre order, so far so good, but I think the car up close graphics were better on forza 3.

darn it, now I gotta go pick it up also, played the cr-ap out of Forza 3, I just got Rage for the Xbox, kind of a dissapointment, looked like a real good game, and graphics and game play are awesome, but short, and very repeatitive. I beat rage in 16 hours on nightmare, now I need something to do til Battlefield 3 comes out, so Forza it is.

I find out about the R&R body first, If i remember correctly, nascar still ran the larger 77 body style then, and I think the body is the same as the 77. I too would like to see any of the 78 -80 Olds, and grand prix, done
