It is a Separate part... (I think) Looks like the 2 wheel drive trans member is not there but the 4x4 one can become a 2 wheel drive if you eliminate the red part then the yellow part becomes that 2 wheel drive crossmember (at least what I can tell and probably what I'll do now thanks to you pointing it out?)

Another project while I wait to figure out a primer situation on my Sport pickup is this. Sod Buster 81/82 Stepside Chevy P/U. This will be a model of an actual truck that exists somewhere for it was my uncle's old truck I helped with before he sold it and later passed away a year or so later. I will be using the conversion from LCP to build it as a 2 wheel drive C10 in black. The only thing is the stripes and finding the correct wheels in scale. (Sadly I don't have any pictures of the truck) so I'll be going off memory on the build.

Got these just today. Sod Buster was a local Hobby shop purchase and will be a model of a certain 82 step side Chevy my uncle use to own along time ago. Qtips for some decal work here in a while and I was eating lunch and just looked out the window to see the Amazon driver and he dropped off the Micro Set and I thought for the price we got it in bigger bottles than this... How or where do I order it in bigger bottles than this???

Got this kit a while ago and was wanting to build a 2 wheel drive with a 81-82 conversion from Icemans but looking at the conversion grill its made for the mpc kit not the revell stuff and I asked and he doesn't have that conversion for it sadly so I found a sod buster to do that with later. Meanwhile this truck I'm building as a stock 4x4 and am noticing a few pieces that I find unrestored truck pics and the bracing on the axles are not there so I'm wondering if they came factory or was this an "Bubba" parts? Meanwhile I have stuff painted and other things ready for primer, just need to find some new primer since my favorite primer (full can and a half at that to) doesn't seem to want to spray through the nozzle???

I take a couple cans of rust Neutralizer and spray the heck out of that frame of mine and keep the wheel wells and trouble spots cleaned out with a pressure washer really good... eventually either I'm going to get a new truck and retire this to show garage or undercoat the chassis and trouble areas with a rust preventive coating of some sort

It is 😁 2005 Chevy Silverado 500 4.8L/4L60 Rwd with 360k miles and counting with 0 rust up here in WV (Bought when I was in Nc from Copart salvage) Original paint, Original driveline, 2nd owner, ALMOST fully Documented (only missing the original window sticker and bill of sale and whatever else the original owner has/had)

That kit I have a fondness for... It's a basic kit but does come with engine detail... I think I have all the different issues of the kit??? Again that kit is one of my childhood kits, so I kinda have a fondness for it -

They seem alright. Will know whenever I get to using them for a project. They I believe is a mold of the original parts. He has the conversion for the 78 parts available to...
