  1. I Love this build for a couple of reasons. First : Your detailing is way above par. I'm sure that you really enjoy fabricating all of the cool parts and attempting to make everything as realistic as possible.

Second : That car was local to me. I would often see that car and other B&R sponsored cars at NY National when I was younger (much). B&R is still in business and operating as an auto parts store in Mineola Long Island!

    Keep up the great work!

Loving this Mopar SS/ AWB production line. Grafting the Moebius ‘65 sedan roof onto the bottom of a Moebius AWB HT lower body is a brilliant solution to making a non-resin AWB sedan. Looking forward to seeing some finished model(s) coming out of this assembly line.

    Thanks!

I finished two of those this weekend.

One is waiting for final decals and another will post later today.

  3. This is an oldie. Dug it out of storage and patched it up a bit. Some decals had dried up and blew away and the BMF is showing its age and needed repair. It’s a weekend warrior from the 70’s when Modified Production may have been contested at a local track.IMG_9672.thumb.jpeg.56aa4e34adec51b42dfca10154ffba73.jpegIMG_9673.thumb.jpeg.ae073a57c12f32be7113940887def35c.jpegIMG_9674.thumb.jpeg.8266151069a22be9d089f0ccbf5b0dc8.jpegIMG_9676.thumb.jpeg.84502f32d7a89742cea3c158a747b744.jpegIMG_9677.thumb.jpeg.29f4ad2731ab17547acafb8d618dc7c8.jpegIMG_9679.thumb.jpeg.2fe684e85f5dcc836759c6a43d98aeeb.jpegIMG_9680.thumb.jpeg.a27a2963a8cb0e3d2bf79658cce96a90.jpegIMG_9681.thumb.jpeg.b482b994a53ed929315d35acf2c6ea21.jpeg

Nice, that AWB is looking really sweet.

Did you notice that it's a sedan and not a hard top? I spliced two Moebius cars together .

It was actually less work than it would take to make a resin body look right.

  5. I love builds of "real" cars! This one is very well done and a true representation of what a young man's car looked like back in the 60s and 70s. On my street , it was a '57 Pontiac Safari with radiused wheel openings and an orange plexiglass hoodscoop.

........and those Cragars are those MRC Muscle Car Hop Up Set wheel and tire parts packs that aren't around anymore ,,I think I bought a dozen each of the Keystones and Cragars !

I wish that I had the foresight to buy as many of those as I could. They were the best rendition of that wheel.

The GTX looks terrific! I especially love the silver paint.
