  3. I use Scalefinish paint whenever i can. It comes in 2 ounce bottles and i never come close to using half. I just noticed that for the 1/12 Shelby GT500 he sells the colors in 4 oz bottles!!! Am i going to need that much for 1/12??? Since i only paint factory colors, it means i have a ton of unused paint because i am not building more than one of each of my dream cars. Except Ferraris in which case i could by Corso Rossa by the Quart. I would happily pass on my unused paint to others if the USPS would allow me to mail it. Joe.

  9. Casey: It eas applied over Tamiya gold lacquer (spray can). Which was applied over 2 coats of primer. There is inly one fisheye. Joe.

  13. Thanks GeeBee. HO there are pros and cos on wax. I use it to enhance the finish not protect it. Perhaps if i got that mirror finish i would not need it. thanks guys, Joe.
  14. I have a '58 Corvette that is ready for chrome. Do I wax before or after I apply the Bare Metal Foil?? Thanks for any help. Joe.

  16. I just sprayed a test piece at about 12lbs and i got a rough finish. It wasn't until I got it real wet that smoothed out. Do ihave pressure wrong? Any other tips? Thanks for any help, Joe.
