  1. I have a white headliner in my black convertible top also.
  2. I think you know more than a little about VWs, this is very cool! Just noticed, I commented on this before and it's even better second time around.
  3. Very nice! I like the choice of wheels and I can tell a lot of work went into the engine.
  4. I have never seen this one look better.
  5. I have had a love/hate relationship with that kit. You nailed why I still like it. It takes some creativity to make it look this good.
  6. I like what I see, it looks like real wood. These cool woodies are easy to overlook. I did practically the same thing with mine and pieced it together from other parts. Wasn't there another body in that kit? Your surf boards are awesome too. I am sitting here at the beach right now and this fits my perspective. Very cool!
  7. Exceptionally nice photos, love the black and white. The '55 is awesome as is the diorama.
  8. Very nice drag car. Reminds me of my '69 I had when new in about the same color.
  9. Very nice! Not a big fan of the wheels, like you were saying the dog dish hub caps would be a better choice for me. Were they not included in the kit? Big mistake by Revell if so. I had a '69 Nova SS when new and the dog dish and redline tires were standard.
  10. I get excited every time I see one of these, nice job.
  11. Well worth the wait nice job.
  12. You are getting pretty good at these. Lol. Nice as always Tulio.
  13. Nice collection and you stuck with a stock theme, which I love. You have about enough to fill two car carriers full of new '57 fords. Or a diorama of a Ford dealership from 1957. I love these cars and all the colors.
  14. I'm with you can't improve much on a '49 Ford. The engine looks perfect and I love your paint colors.

    40 Ford

    Very nice!
  16. My VW Beetle says "NO" but, I say "Yes" nice job. Just had to comment how beautiful this is even though I would never own one.....well maybe in this scale I would. What a beauty!
  17. Thanks guys you are too kind. The disk hub caps were just for the photo. I think they would look good on the right rims sourced from two kits. Really though, I love the old AMT chrome steel rims and would hate to cover them. The paint is not the right color like the box but, it was what I had.
  18. Thanks Mike, I'm with you I like the steel wheels better, they are from the AMT '36 Ford, the ones from the kit were too wide in the rear. Besides that the moon discs don't really fit the '36 rims.
  19. This is my attempt at a Box Art build. (Sort of) I have built this kit many times, one of my all time favorites.
  20. Love the rack on this one, nice job.
  21. Very nice! I had one the same color new in 1969.
  22. Nice job as always Tulio. I was going to mention the neat dealer tag on the rear but, guess who beat me to it? Have to agree with Harry. I might mention the cool reflection of a giant hand showing the degree of shine on the beautiful finish.

    AMT '32

  24. Seriously, I thought this was an adult build when I first saw it. Yes a little flamboyant, which I like sometimes. The big AMT caught my eye as well as the cat. Nice placement of all the decals and two tone paint. It is definitely worth more than one look you are awesome for spending this time with your young sis and introducing her to model cars. A real keeper!
