  1. Thanks Chris. Glad you like it.
  2. hi Bruce. Dust? Yeah! After all, where is the environment going? Unless we destroy it altogether. As for the parts/areas you mentioned, maybe. But I do not want to mess with the front any more. If I was to change it it should have been done in before painting and adding the decals. So that's out. But appreciate the input.
  3. Thank u kindly. Glad you appreciated the overall look and each individual part that makes up the completed scene as a whole.
  4. Thanks Gary. Thanks Bruce. Thank you. Not too sure of the downforce but not too sure if it would matter in this design. Although, it looks bad***!
  5. I do appreciate your comment. Thank you.
  6. Still adding details to this build, before calling this finished. But thought I'd showed it, seeing that it was close to finish. Yep! Another anti-gravity vehicle. I can't seem to get enough. I tend to want to turn everything in to a floating subject. For this conversion, I used the Revell Ford GT vehicle and did some major surgery to it. The original engine was very basic block engine. But the overall design made this a sweet candidate for a super bad and awesome looking anti-gravity vehicle. Lots of small misc. from my 'box of tricks', was used to give the engine a more brutal look. Since I did the F1 hover race car(found on this forum as well), I just went ahead and did one for the Le MANS racing fans. The anti-gravity pods simple scratch builds using odds materials from household materials and parts from other kits. So far, I think the look says it all. Hope to finish this up in a week or two. waiting for a figure to go along with this bad***! See you when it is done. Enjoy the photos.
  7. Sounds exciting. Diorama building is meant to be fun. So take your time and get it to the level you want it to look like. In the end it will all come together.
  8. Thanks Tom. Glad you approve.
  9. This build went through pretty slick. Although, figure building and painting are not really my biggest attributes; I can safely say, I have improved a little since my last figure build. I am still working on getting better so please go easy . The figure is from Live-Resin. I must say, this i my first figure and armory from them, and I must admit that their stuff is simply amazing. The detail in the figure and weaponry is phenomenal. If you have not bought anything from them, then I urge you to do so. Now, I wanted something small, but made an effective statement to the viewer. I wanted a theme that was just about 'being'. Now, I wanted to do a multi camo but I was not too successful in achieving the end result. I still need more practice. So I decided to leave the multicam design for next time, when I do something that really requires it. as is as a desert color. I am sure there were special ops dressed like this when they went on missions.
  10. Glad you liked it Dave. Thanks for looking.

  17. Thanks Belugawrx.
  18. Ahaaa! I got it now. Thanks. Yes. It's meant to portray just that. Though, the nut was too small for the vise I had to be able to actually drill a hole through. So, I just let it be..
