  1. So, everything is going well on this build Jac?
  2. Hmmm, I wouldn't hold my breath, today's Challenger basically is a 2 door Charger so, as far as the business case for a Charger coupe... It's very dim. Look for a smaller 'Cuda in the next few years though. IF there is an El Camino anytime soon, It'll be based on the Holden Ute which itself is based on the Commodore. And from the Commodore the Chevrolet SS sedan is born. Confused yet? Have a look at the Ute on the Holden.com.au site.
  3. Pretty sharp! And the cab is sitting at the correct height too! Nice job!
  4. I dig this more than having a plain hood...
  5. Yeah! And make it a 1:12 to accompany that Shelby Gt500!!! Could we ask for opening doors too... Maybe?
  6. I'll second that.
  7. Very nice work JT! How long is the whole rig? It looks like it's coming in at 12 feet!! LOL! A rough estimate gives me about 4 foot 6 inches! Go big.
  8. That's the right look for it! And that dark burgundy one... That's classy!
  9. Nice and clean! I like those rear fenders, they fit with the cab as if they were an option from Kenworth. The exhaust pipes look really good shrouding that polished stainless steel back plate. That orange color suits it just fine. It's a nicely thought out build!
  10. Well Mark, you have a top notch truck cab right there, if this is an indication of what's coming, this build will definitely be an outstanding build to watch!
  11. I used to see Autocars when I was a kid, I never thought of them as "cool" or nice. But I've seen a couple here that are making me change my mind! Very cool truck you built there, lots of thought and work went into it and it shows. Very nice!
  12. Maybe you should drop a line to Eric at P&P. I know that last year he had some problems with the old W900L casting molds being quite used up. He could be up to something though. That would be someting I'd pick up in a blink.
  13. Take a number! Get in line...
  14. Very very nice work! Nice variant on a well used kit. Those front wheels are great!
  15. Pease do! Outstanding! I guess you're using the Czech modell truck P/E kit too!
  16. Now, now, don't be so hard on yourself. But thanks again for the old suspension/new suspension thing!
  17. Don't worry, it won't.
  18. And what were your plans for the wheels and hood? I'd have the wheels polished or painted silver myself but the design is quite agressive. I have seen much worse on Chrysler hoods...
  19. Hey, they re-released that ugly mug of a 5964ss Western Star , I don't see why they wouldn't do the same for the FLD. But yeah, I think shooting an E-mail or two hundred might do the trick.
  20. Man, those Freighliner FLD are used for almost all conversions... The KFS CL9000, A&N's Australian cabover and also a good candidate for this new one. Too bad these are kinda scarce. Anyway, thanks for the tip.
  21. Good job! Mice mild custom, love the paint and decals, the Lonestar was retro to start with. So it's a Retro-modern-retro theme thing!
  22. Lookin good! Which they'd reissue this one again.
  23. Do you think the Italeri FLC is going to be a good donor for this one?
  24. They look great on your hot-rod William!
