  2. Agree with Mike, you can use lacquer over enamel, in this case the clear coats, just do a few light mist coats, get the entire body covered, then do a wet coat.
  3. I have had that happen, I was putting to much on in the area that it happened
  4. Here is a little update, got the glass painted, this was the first time I masked and spray painted window glass, I normally just brush it , I used Tamiya semi gloss black the head lights and taillights and mesh screen have been installed And more of the decals have been put on

Oh look what came today, why its another ferrari kit, yeah, I have no idea why I keep buying ferrari kits, well this one was a good deal, with shipping was under $20 from ebay I also got my repaired ECU back for my 1:1 car, now its back in service after close to five months of just sitting. I am happy, now just have to take to emissions
  6. Small update, I made the rack ladder that is on the right side of ecto1, I used .60 square tubbing , I am getting closer to getting this one done, right now the biggest hold up is getting the windows painted.

  13. There are, but be read to spend $100 and more, check ebay, thats where I see them . Studio 27 is the ones that make them, but their website is not in English, coming soon Scale motorsports is another one Strada Sports Simil R models makes a Ford Gt, have heard its not a great build , lacks a lot of detail, and is not cheap, it will be into a nice model, have seen a few built Revell of Germany did the Audi from a few years ago

  16. If horse power numbers are what you are going for, then hands down its the NASCAR engine, with somewhere around 850 hp, cant go wrong
  17. No it wont, paint hides nothing, and neither does a clear coat
  18. Its a good clear coat, I use it and model master ultra clear lacquer
