    One of my fav's too, I miss my 86 notch. Still waiting on some decent weather so I can clear this thing.

    Still waiting on good weather to clear coat my mod motor lx, so I dug this corolla back out and commenced on it. Added lower a arm mounts using PE chassis tabs from Scott (futureattraction), and built upper strut mounts. And added gussets to the upper strut mounts Sratchbuilt front struts out of different sizes of styrene rod. Scratchbuilt the lower front a arms from different sizes of styrene rod, shaped the rod ends by hand with a file and sandpaper. The front suspension loosely sitting in place for a mock up. I also didn't like the rear of the chassis and the tube work I already had done, so I cut it all off and re-built it. Much better IMO. Thanks again for looking.

    Absolutely sick man! I love this thing so much. Might be my favorite of you're builds that I have seen. To be honest the only gripe I have is the taillight panel, I think it would have looked a little better body color or black to match the roof, but still looks good in silver.

    That's really looking awesome. The trim and the stripe really make the color pop. Nice work on the dash also, the tan might be growing on me a little too.

    Nice work on the dash and those seats are awesome, I just looked up scale dreams and looks like there site has been pulled? How long ago did you get the seats? The color on the body looks cool too. That'll be sweet with the stripe on the hood.

    Oh man you had me til the tan interior. In 1:1 scale the tan interiors in the foxes are just awful. You've done nice work but no good on the color choice, just my opinion though so don't take it to heart.

    Thank you for sharing that conversion on the dash. I've been wondering for a long time how that pe set actually worked. I think ill get one now. Very nice work on the chassis too.

    I use U-pol automotive clear that's in a spray can, it says right on the can it won't yellow or fade over time. I've used it over white before and it looks awesome after its cut and rubbed.

    What about side by side crank mounted prochargers? I've seen a few online and it looks just insane. I could donate a shucky cog drive procharger if need be if the twin idea is something you'd be into. Heres a couple for a little inspiration. And oh yeah, bring you're pipe wrench cause you have some serious plumbing to do haha.

    THAT IS BADA$$! The black roof and black on the wheels really set it off. Very sinister looking. Much improved over the blue.

    That procharger install is looking good, can't wait to see more on the bracket for it, the drag stance and wheel/ tire combo is killer too.

    Yep it is the corrected one. Not really pic worthy yet but I have the body and hood primed, blocked, and painted with Tamiya pure white, it's close to oxford white and the duplicolor I used on my box stock body didn't turn out good, so this is a great alternative. I'm waiting for the weather to clear up so I can clear coat the body.

    Ooh, crank mounted procharger, that would be very yummy. Go for boost T, you can do it.

    The color choice is weird but I think it will look pretty sweet. The stripe should set it off as well. Is the stripe gonna be black?

    I didn't cut them, and to be honest I didn't check if they fit until just now. They work just fine and look good with the taller roof. No jokes needed haha.

    Got my interior done over the last couple of days. Started with a rear seat delete made from .040" styrene sheet. Got the floor flocked Finshed the console Removed the brake booster from the firewall, smoothed it out and painted it body color. Then dug out a SN style hydro-boost brake assist, mounted it to the firewall, and added the master cylinder. This is to clear the DOHC motor. Then finally assembled the complete interior.     That color on that car is just sick! Is it testors firey orange?

    The front rims are Un-modified, right out of the 08 bullitt mustang kit.
