  2. a couple members asked if i could do a tutorial on how to make my intercoolers. these are the tools and materials i use knife ,cutters, needle nose tweesers, styrene (2 different types 1 is metal siding .040 spacing and the other is just regular flat styrene) bondo ,red spot putty, tamiya 2 part epoxy putty, solder, aluminum tubing ,beading wire ,crazy glue sand paper and a ruler first thing i do is cut the metal siding to the size you want the fmic core to be( cut 4 pieces) glue the 4 pieces together and cut a small strip of the flat styrene the cut it into 4 pieces (there for the end tanks) and 2 pieces of solder for the inlets then i use the crazy glue to put the one side of the end tanks on and the solder for the inlets the using the knife i cut the the one side of the end tanks to the size and shape i want
  3. Looks good romell . How long did that body take to paint
  4. I used reference pics from the plum floored car . Then I used Detail master flared exhaust tip for the intakes and a small piece of alum rod for the fuel rails . 15. This is a amt 70 1/2 camaro. I painted it champange gold wit clear red over it the cleared . The wheels are pegasus sleeve's with a insert from another kit i had rims left over there painted light gun metal. The interior is flat white with black/silver accents. I swapped the motor to a toyota supra 2jz gte with a big single turbo. i scratch built the turbo/manifold from solder. i mad a intercooler and ran the piping from the turbo to the i.c to the intake manifold. I also made a oil catch can and ran braided line to it from the valve cover. Hope you like it . Let me know what you think. I know the motor is not everyones cup of tea but it is a swap that has been done in camaro's and i wanted to build a model with the swap

  19. Here's a 70 super bee that ive been working on for a couple weeks . i opened up the door and scrath built the vents on the side and the hood scoop. i painted it plum crazy purple with lin grey interior with black accents. The front seats are from a skyline r33. I made racing harrness for it . The roll cage was scrath built with solder the paint tamiya purple . I also added the door catches to the door jam. The wheel are from my parts box i added lips to front and rear . Bigger in the rear to be 20's and 18's in the front. the motor is a 426 that i turned into a fuel injection set up with stacks. i made the headers , wired it up , ran fuel/brake lines .
