  2. Hi Al, looks realy good in black-silver! Beautiful car. Just an hour ago, i took mine out of the shelf and took a look...but no motivation to work on it. And now, i see yours....pretty cool! Changig my mind? Who knows... What do think about making better pictures with another background of your cars? All of them i've seen yet looking well! I think they work with a neutral background is many times better. Perhaps, you will try it?
  3. Your paintjob is delicious as always Marcos - amazing! The "style" is not my taste, but your work is great on it!

  8. Amazing....(after i read all the blabla-pages about valvecovers and personal stuff that doesn't matter ) your bodywork looks so easy, when you post your progress...just amazing and i'm speechless as always, watch your progress. And now i wait till you do the "flamejob". Perhaps, you can show a little step-by-step pictures, how you handle it? BTW: i am a big fan of your work and always read your builts. Your skills are amazing...go on John!

  18. *Daumen hoch* Maik einfach super gemacht. Thumps up Mike - the weahtering is just perfect. Well done.
  19. Nice looking Jaguar! One kit, i'm missing in my shelf. Looks very clean. Not at all Mark. Some new Revell Kits are that detailed like Tamiya too. The old Revells are bad, i agree.
  20. like the paintjob and bodywork! Verry well done Jim. The only thing....the headlights...not my taste (thats why i don't buy the 50s Olds)
  21. Like the 58 Chevy. Stance, rims and color - nice!

  23. Just a perfect weathering! You did a good job to your inspiration. Well done Keke!
  24. forget about the valve cover John - no one will complain about it, if they look of the whole work of art, which they are installed incorrectly, are they?? Just my two cents. Just kidding...i NEVER heared about any modeller, who built battery calmps himself! You are crazy!...yes, yes..."they aren't that bad..." you're driving me crazy...amazing work...
  25. Thank you buddies, i appreciate your comments. As often i look at him, i also think, it was the right way to restore him. This is not easy to explain. The inner timber surfaces are painted with with my airbrush. I used different brown, ocre and darkred from Schmicke Aero colors. Then I painted a clear coat. The "framework" are Tamiya "hullred" with brush. I have been painted rather messy and not opaque to get some kind of grain. The brushwork was always in one direction, along the edge.
