In post 12, the car in gold car is a 68, right below it there is a Burgandy convertable, which you claim is a 69. It ISN'T. It is ALSO a 68 . Please go to Google,type in "69 Sport Satellite" when it comes up,go to the 3rd line titled "How Stuff Works" on the first page, at the top, you'll see a WHITE 68 Sport Satellite convertable, on the Second page you'll see the EXACT car you pictured, and IT says it's a 68 GTX, on the 3rd page you'll see another picture of the front of that same car, which again states it's a 68. Why is this so hard to understand? If YOU can't tell the difference between a 68 and a 69 from the REAR, HOW can you tell it's a clone? I was 15 when these cars came out, I LIVED in those days, I used to OOgle those cars in MY DREAMS! I've owned BOTH a 69 Charger R/T AND a 69 440 Super Bee. Capt'n could ya notch the bottom of the grille so it sits lower, an the hood'll flow a little better? As it sits it looks a little high at the front. It would look just a tad better if it was lowered just a bit. But that's MY opinion. You OBVIOUSLY DON'T care about MY feelings, or you'd do SOMETHING about those rear wheelarches that'r just throwin the lovely flowing almost serenely beautiful lines of this magnificent work of art off!!! But hey, that's just ME!

I was confused, and you seemed to be SO adimant that it's a Sport Satellite, that I Googled it. Lo and behold, they had that EXACT picture of the BLUE car you posted in your first reply, and it says," The Sport Satelittes more muscular big brother, the GTX, started life with a 375 horsepower 440" Just google it for yourself. If they say it's a GTX(and it 's the SAME EXACT picture)and it has GTX emblems on the lower quarter panel, behind the door, them 'Im sorry, but THAT'S a GTX!!! I rest my case. Brian , all this aside, your Satellite is comeing out VERY nice.
