Simulated both tyre wear and thermal degradation. Some asphalt in the rims.
Just need to mess down the inner rim.

Wow, those rims! And the stance! And the weathering! Looks like the "planned" weathering you see people do. Great! Don't forget to grease down the engine. I don't feel the weathered cars with factory clean engines.

Brakes and calipers done, AP Racing. Tires almost done, need some position and driver markings, and rims need weathering/shadowing and some bolts and decals.

Nah, had some practice with some other race cars and also, Tamiya are nice enough to provide a step-by-step tutorial on how they did it. It'll go just fine! (I keep telling myself that

it raced in the IMSA road races GTP Class in 83,84 ...... not sure if it raced any other times.......
As an European, IMSA is just MAD. Cars look soooo insane. I like almost every car I've seen. The IMSA Audi 80's, Zakspeed Capris, and now this. Wow. Insane.

Finished the interior while waiting for the paint to gas out. Just need to attach the roll cage and dash. Minimal effort, except for seatbelts and some sit-wear on the suede seat. Some shiny spots also on the steering wheel suede.

Shot the body, orange peel on some spots but should be easily polished down.
A bit done on the interior as well.. Thinking this will be finished tonight so I can start the assembly.Questions and comments are welcome.
