Here is the painted chassis and rear suspension / exhaust system

Where I live there is a product called duke , it strips chrome in minutes , but I have had no luck stripping paint with it.

Any pre 80's race car ( Indy , Can Am , F1 ) and 60's and 70's american cars

The problem has been solved , I just had to do a little sanding on the edges

Nothing much to say , I got this kit today and I will be building the white version , all comments are welcome I started off by gluing the front end and the rear panel on , the spoiler wont fit , so I am still figuring out what to do with the spoiler , but hopefully I will get it to fit nicley. After that I masked off the body and sprayed the engine bay semi gloss black , I got a little overspray , but that will be removed when I sand the body

It goes together quite nicely . my body had a slight warp to it and I had alot of trouble with one of the exhaust manifolds having no clearence when i was attaching the engine to the chassis , but other than that it was nice! And Thanks for the comments guys

A bottle of Model air , Microscale decal film , and a bottle of lemon yellow paint

This took me just over a week to build , things didnt go very well during the final assembley but I think it came out OK, all comments are welcome ( Sorry for the blurry engine shot)

It is now finished , the next pictures will be under glass

Here is the completed chassis and interior. some areas on the chassis might look unpainted , but thats just the light

I got the body polished , foiled , and glued on the chrome rocker panels

I got the front seat half's 99% painted , I know the masking is quite bad , but I just want to gain some progress

I got the chassis and exhaust painted yesterday , and I am having problems fitting the engine to the chassis

I dug this out again and glued one of the fenders to the box and installed the rear window
