  3. Thank you all very much, Back a few years ago I actually Owned a 69 Torino GT Convertible, it was a 351 W automatic car but I didn't care, it was a drop top GT and looked really cool going down the beach in Florida !!
  4. Thanks Guys, this is a old build of mine, as you can see it's starting to show it's age.
  5. Thanks Everyone. i have built several 56 Ford kits over the years. I had never seen anyone use the Custom parts in the kit. Well I had to try it.... The color is Model Master Enamel "Pearl Blue" over white primer. and a few coats of Model Masters Enamel " High Gloss Clear". the Interior colors are mixed Craft Acrylic paints, and with some light blue flocking. Thanks Again, I'm glad you all like it. :)
  6. Thank you
  7. This is a Vintage and Rare AMT 69 Cobra HT Kit # T332-200, that I converted to a Torino GT. AMT made this kit with Deluxe GT Torino interior, and the glue on HT looked like BLAH_BLAH_BLAH_BLAH. So I decided to just build it as a GT Convertible, by Using a Vintage 69 Torino GT grill/bumper, & original 68/69 GT styled steel wheels. The color is a Mixed color, that I made trying to replicate the factory color "Gulfstream Aqua Poly" It's close enough for me. I'm thinking about adding some Gold GT "C" stripes, from Keith Marks, but I haven't decided yet on that. Thanks for Looking, & Enjoy
  8. This started out as the re-popped issue of the AMT 69 Torino Cobra kit, which AMT miss labeled as a Torino. Lots if Scratch building went into this build. I back halved the Chassis, then I used a Revell Parts Pack 427 Ford Engine, VCG Resin Carb's, Parts Box wheels & Tires. Fred Caddy decals, and much, much more. Thanks for Looking & Enjoy
  9. Here's my AMT 68 Camaro Z/28 kit that i converted to a Super Sport 396. I used a Conversion kit from Bandit Resins, (Hood and RS/SS grill). I used a Parts Box BBC, I had laying around. The Holley Carb is from VCG Resins, the Wheels & Tires are also from the Parts Box. The color is Model Masters Enamel, (Colors by Boyd) Bright Green Metallic. I got the idea from a car I saw For Sale on Ebay Motors. Thanks for Looking, & Enjoy.
  10. Here's a Custom 56 Ford, i built this year with mostly all boxed parts. I did strip all the chrome, and replaced it with Alclad Chrome. Steel Wheels are from the parts box, and have been shot with Alclad, I painted the Wide White Walls, on the tires. I built the Continental kit from Evergreen Styrene , except for the Tire cover. It's from the parts box. lowering this Bad Boy is a Chore!! , But I got there!!. Thanks for looking and Enjoy
  11. Yes, these kits Out of the Box leave a lot to be desired!! But with a little kit Bashing and a few parts from the parts box, you can make a great looking build out of it. The Steel Wheels & Dog dishes are from a Ultra Rare AMT kit T-332-200 Cobra HT. The Correct "R" Code air filter housing is from a Revell 68 Mustang GT. The 428 SCJ aluminum valve covers, are resin copies of the Revell 69 Shelby GT 500- 428 Valve covers. just a few little things I changed on it, to make it a little more Correct. Thank you, I'm glad you like it.
  12. Thanks Everyone, this one is one of my Favorites.

  20. Here a Old MPC 68 Firebird I rebuilt a couple of years ago.
  21. Thanks PartsMarty, & JerseyRed. Well the colors ; The base Orange Metallic is a Finger Nail Polish. We painted the nose area, and the Ghost Flames with a Acrylic Opaque White. Then used a Acrylic Yellow Pearl, thinned extra thin, so it is very translucent. we shot that over all the Orange Metallic. Then I shot 3 coats of High gloss Enamel, and let dry. then I taped it up, & shot the Gold, which is also Finger Nail Polish. Then I shot 3 coats of High Gloss Clear enamel with heavy Metallic in it, over the whole car. Then the BMF. Now I will water sand with 2,000 grit and shoot 2 or 3 more coats of High Gloss Clear Enamel. after all that cures out for a week or two it will git Polished out.
  22. Here's a few more.
  23. Here's where I'm at as of Now. Yesterday I shot 3 coat of Metallic clear on it, after it dried out, I started the BMF. Today I finished up the BMF, & Mocked it up for this Photo Shoot.
