You don't need spray paint. You can tint clear plastic with RIT fabric dye. And you can probably get a more realistic color than the Tamiya blue.

Wasn't it limited to "tinted windshield" back then? And that meant a thin strip across the top. I don't remember cars having blue-tinted side and back glass.

I always thought multi-barrel carbs were so for better drivability on the street... 2 barrels for general around town puttering and all 4 when you want to go fast. Not an issue on a drag car... so why would a 1-barrel carb be an unusual or "new" idea in a drag application? Isn't the whole point to ram as much fuel/air into the engine as you can? What am I missing?

There is no such thing. Are you talking about Corel PaintShop Pro? That's a completely different thing, made by a different company than who makes Photoshop.

I was a member of one of their "Preview Societies," where they automatically send you a new model every 3 months or so. I also used to get a flyer or brochure from them in the mail almost every week, it seemed, and a catalog several times a year. Then everything stopped (and I found out about their Chinese supplier's problems, etc.) So I figured DM diecasts were history. I hadn't gotten a brochure or a catalog (or one of my "every three months" models) in a long time, probably well over a year. So today I got another new model in the mail! I was totally surprised to get it. I had basically written off DM as over and done with. Is DM back?

Right. Setting your albums to private keeps the images only in your albums, the public can't see them (or steal them!). Of course, once you post an image on a public forum or anywhere else online that's open to public viewing, you're basically giving everyone access to your image. But at least by having your albums private, you can control which images you allow the world to see (and potentially save onto their own computer).

If you want your images to remain your images, set your albums to "Private."

You would probably be best off doing it in sections, trying to foil the roof with one large piece would be practically impossible. I would do the center section, then add the left and right sides... you might have to go with several smallish pieces at the rear corners. Cut the pieces so that the joint lines run straight front to back. The texture from the steel wool would tend to hide the joint lines between the foil pieces. It's not a perfect solution (is there one?)... but I think it gives the closest look to a "brushed" stainless steel top.

BMF, then gently rubbed with fine steel wool in straight strokes to get that "brushed" look is one way to do it. Then after you finish the roof, you add the "shiny" trim around the windows.
