  1. Isn't the truck just a little out of scale with the rest of the scene?
  2. The magazine has been running a resin casting how-to feature for the past few issues now that would have answered your questions.
  3. You can do a poll any time... on any subject. Go to the section where you want to start a poll... click at the top right on the "Start New Topic" button... then click on the "Manage Topic Poll" button at the top right and follow the directions.
  4. There's no way to fix it. You can't do anything to make the crack disappear. Modify the Charger piece to fit or make a new windshield out of clear acetate.
  5. Duh! I just realized the question was about best REVELL kits. Ignore my previous post.
  6. If you do, ask him if he ever answers his emails.
  7. If my email was ever answered!
  8. Then maybe he needs to take the BIG RED EMAIL LINK off the top of the home page on his website!!!!
  9. No, because he didn't cut the tooling. A computer did.
  10. I like the Lindberg Plymouth/Dodge 300/Petty/Color Me Gone family and the Revell '67 GTX (not sure if they fall into the "last 10 years" category).
  11. Will regular furnace filters fit?
  12. Very nice! Is that a 1/18 diecast? If so, I have that one too... in somewhat better condition!
  13. Huh???? Mercedes made intelligent business decisions based on the bottom line. There's nothing "untrustworthy" there... it's called business. And you'll notice how M-B is doing just fine, thank you, while Chrysler has been passed around more often than a doobie at a Grateful Dead concert.
  14. Yeah, mine's not quite as "worn" as this one!
  15. You obviously did your research!
  16. Mike, nicely done "crispy" Mustang... but I doubt the fan, the headlight buckets, the radiator cap, the entire induction system, etc. would have completely disappeared in the flames...
  17. I emailed him ages ago... never got an answer.
  18. Yeah, baby! They don't make 'em like that anymore!
  19. Maybe M-B needs to send a few guys over to "convince" the owner to agree to a factory resto job. You know, "vee haff vays of making you cooperate..."
  20. What I really can't understand is why they just sit on this literally one-of-a-kind car worth potentially several million bucks? If it was me I'd want to tap into that. Knowing I had a multi-million dollar treasure rotting away in a warehouse somewhere would keep me tossing and turning at night.
  21. Very nice, clean work! (but I'm pretty sure the "66" on the sides would have been split at the panel line)...
