    well folks this was one of my quicker builds from jan-april. first build of 2013 and my first under glass here. many of you followed the WIP and it gave me the push to get it done. here is my blazing black, mini tubbed, cammer powered 57 ford. any comments welcome. thanks for looking.

    Anyone else notice that kit has the export flares on it? I have one of these bodies but don't know why they are molded in there

    Bill, I am waiting for some aluminum body panels to start showing themselves..... Lol Oh, and a machined steering wheel to match the rims with a wood rim like the shifter....

    the cammer is a tight fit! had to not use a fan but put an electric pusher on front side of rad. made a fuel block on firewall that I had seen on a real cammer 57 ford I had pics of. overall a fun build. comments welcomed.

    Thanks. It took alot of work to get it in there nice. Exhaust was tricky as well as hood clearance. Getting the rear end sorted was tough too. Pics coming

    Well, I just got home from the contest. I won 4 big trophies! This truck won one of them. Pics in morning. I am beat

    That is sweet. Only thing meaner for it would be to ditch the carbs and run that scoop on an injector plate

    Thanks. After a build session that went from 5pm Thursday till 415 am Friday then from 530am Friday till 9 am Friday it is complete! I had to take a rest lol. It arrived at the contest reeking of fresh paint and glue lol. See how it does I guess. Pics when I get home

    I was pretty dissapioned with this kit. Too much like a die cast. Same as the new 68 mustang line
