I was able to finally get back to work on this little kit. I glued the 2 piece body together and slung some putty on the seam. Sanded and primed and then sanded again and put on some more putty where it still was rough. I cut out the molded in chassis so I had room to get the windows in. I got the little Cuda for the wheels. They are oversize on the die cast but I think will look ok on the Cobra. I am modifying the chassis from the Cuda to use with the cobra.

I sometimes hold back from saying something negative because i don't feel I'm so good i can tell someone else what they are doing wrong.

I had to have a capacitor replaced last year 135.00. I was happy it was only that. I have a home warranty now that covers most things in the house. 50 bucks a month and 65 bucks for the visit. I have used it for my GDO, a garbage disposal, a bathroom faucet and a kitchen faucet. So far I think it was money well spent.

The more the better. I like what you have done so far .

I myself always ask for comments pro or con. Many times there is something I missed or just screwed up on and I don't mind at all when someone will comment on it. My models are never perfect and if I waited to post a perfect model well, that would be a long wait. I think Harry is one of the most honest people when it comes to comments. He will tell you when something isn't quite right but will also give you a pat on the back when deserved.

Well I guess I don't build helicopters any better than I do cars. This one is close to being done. More decals needed and a few small parts. Rotor blades are just sitting on and not at the proper level.
