  5. Well done. Looks fantastic! Will have to get another Lonestar and do a custom version. Cheers Ben
  6. I think so. Mine has the same gap as well. Ben
  7. The aoshima one looks the part for you scion people. You could probably combine parts from both kits to creat an accurate scion. I get my real BRZ in August 2013 (12 month waiting list, I was not ordering one till I test drove one), and obviously I want to model it. If aoshima brings out a version of its kit with full engine detail I will get one but I may combine aspects of the tamiya version with the aoshima version. All a matter of timing. Ben
  8. Cheers for the reply Christiaan. Might have to get a revell version. Ben
  9. Nice. Ben
  10. What are the revell instructions like? Colour looks awesome. Are the maxxforce decals part of the revell decals? Nice Ben
  11. Nice weathering on the tyres. Maybe shoelaces for hoses. Ben
  12. I like it. I'm nearly up to painting trim lines on my BRZ. If you had trouble I'm sure I will struggle. Thanks for the inspiration. Ben
  13. I'm a Mack man but they look fantastic. Would be good to see a lonestar and ProStar don the same way. Ben
  14. The stripes were the right way to go. Ben
  15. That's turned out great. I better hook into my brz. Ben
  16. Nice. In some ways it appears better than the tamiyas version of the gtr
  17. Sweeeeeett! Shaping up real well. Ben
  18. Hi Dave, I reckon leave the engraving of the ProStar word off. It would be better being a chrome sticker like you get in tamiya kits or even a decal. I used bare metal foil for the lonestar I built but would have preferred decals or chrome stickers. Looks awesome anyway. Also, any other truck brands being considered? A Mack granite or Titan would be a treat. Or any other modern American truck would be good too. Cheers Ben
  19. Cool bodywork. Can't wait to see more. Ben
  20. Nice, coming together well. Ben
  21. Cool, can't wait to see it done. Ben
  22. Looks cool, looks to have more detail than a tamiya model. Ben
  23. Great work! You should be proud of it. Ben
