cool i will keep an eye out for one, until then i may consider a "colonial wiper" but with my lack of cardboard scratchbuilding experience i worry about it looking like poop
I built these two vipers box stock with a bit of weathering, great kits to build and they look good on the shelf together. I used these to work on my weathering techniques before i get started on a load of star wars kits i have. I learned quite a lot building them and am quite happy with the results. any feedback both positive and negative is welcome. Thanks for looking.
This was built using the fujimi 20th anniversary kit, I built it box stock using the airbrush rather than rattle cans. I have been away from the forums for a while because i needed to get back to basics as i was getting inspired by some of you guys and trying stuff well above my level !
when i started planning the kit out i had a good debate with myself about the spoiler, I didn't use the putty for exactly that reason. This was a bit of a slump buster for me so i didn't want to complicate things.
thanks man, i love the rims, but they were a bit awkward as the kit has no chromed parts so i ended up using BMF on them due to a lack of adequate chrome like paint.
I will hopefully get some decent outdoor pics up here but it's very weather dependent over here at the minute.
Finally got a bit of sunshine so i got some outdoors pics.
