still haven't received the gtx it was suposed to be here today but it hasnt even shipped. i bought it from some guy on amazon not a store on amazon. i contacted him 3 times and he hasnt repied to any of them.

this thing better turn out as good as the cordvette. I like it very nice.

got the interior for the most part done. need to finish painting the dash, and do the steering wheel. Hey cobraman i found a spot for blue on it, the shifter knob is blue lol. oh and my phone's camera is making it look more brownish than it is.

thanks for the offer but no thanks im fine with my modifying it keeps me occupied a little longer. actualy once i get the interior done ant the chrome done this thing will be finished. but if you have white gt stripes from the 67 that would help.

For the most part the body is a 67 now. no side blinkers, a 67 grille, and now its painted. just its got 68 side scoops i kinda like them better.

I just got a phonecall from my grandma in huntsburg ohio. they have no power and a rotting tree fell on their roof. hopefully not to bad of damage. BUt heres an update on the stang. terracotta color on the differential, thrush glass packs, and a cherry bomb muffler, and its shackled up in the rear. working on applying the front grille from a 67 mustang.

No school today, still have power, yard only has a little water in it, thank you frankenstorm just waiting for the snow part to hit me here in ohio. Chardon is the heart of the snowbelt in ohio so we get pummeled when snow storms hit.

a start with the engine not ford engine blue but testors gloss blue that ive had for years. i think its a 390 in this kit. No igniton wire not sure if i wanna yet.

This is a change from my blue fords its gonna be red with red interior(after my grandparents 67 GT with a 390 CI V8) I am going to try my best to turn it into a 67, actually my grandparents bought this kit for me for my birthday i just got it 10 days late. So Not Blue and not a shelby but still a ford.

This is the ex aurora GT40 kit. The front tire trunk dont open cuz i couldnt get the hinges to work. By far my crummiest build in a long time but still a great final edition to my shelby blue crew... The valve covers are cobra ones from a mustang, the wheel knock offs are from the amt 289 cobra, and the decals are from the amt 2005 ford gt.

take the circular things on the parts tree and cut them out. then glue them down cut them to size. then take some putty and apply it, wait for it to dry then sand it down.

Thank goodness for decals large enough to cover glue globs. so the rear hood pops off instead of hinging.. the front windshield wasnt shaped quite right so it pops down lower than the cab. but it still is a decent final member of my shelby blue crew. it needs a few tiny details. Its posing next to my 2005 gt40.
